Soho Beach House reviews
16We were ate at the hotel restaurant for brunch and wanted to pass through the back pool area to get to the public walking path after eating, and the hotel staff would not let us (keep in mind that we are with 3 small children). Despite being restaurant guests, they insisted we go outside and around 3 buildings to get to a public access point. After being treated like this as a paying customer of the restaurant, I would never ever stay at this hotel. I can only imagine how terribly they must treat hotel guests if they are that rude to restaurant guests.
Great staff and event space! Loved how they kept the vintage look and up keep of the original design. Can't wait to come back again!
Nice chill experience even with Art Basel going on.the outdoor tent was a nice add. Didn't eat there, but others did in the restaurant/lounge by the pool. Went on Wednesday night before things really picked up later in that week.
I didn't actually stay at the hotel, my colleague did, and I had to help coordinate a shipment. Ronald at the front desk was amazingly helpful and kind. I will def stay here if I am ever in the area and applaud their customer service!
Unfortunately the class of the club has plunged due to a lack of proper employee training. Male employees at the entrance especially are completely obnoxious for no reason other than a sense of own grandiosity as hordes of undemanding tourists under 25 continue to pour in. This has become a spring break type of crowd and treatment.
This place is amazing! I could give 6 stars to be honest. I love the whole SOHO House experience worldwide. I discovered the SOHO Miami Beach House when I celebrated my birthday there this year in September. The portions were good, the food was very delicious and they have a Great selection of wines, too. The service was thorough and thoughtful and kind. Must visit place!
Really nice place, but when you order a Stawberry Daquari and it will cost you $30 a piece at the pool! It puts a damper on the day! Way OVERPRICED.
I love this place, I come for a quick bite to eat or to spend the day by the beach. Either way it’s always a good vibe. Happy hour at Cecconis’s also really nice for non members
I really can't say enough good things about this place. From the staff, to clientele it really does not get better than this. 10/10
We had a great experience because people like Jonny make it feel like home. Honestly one of the best feelings is being remembered. He deserves a raise.
One of the best hotels in the area! Ciccone the restaurant is the top and the service superb. The Spa has very experienced massage therapists. I recommend it 100%
Normally this place is 5 stars. However, this weekend they allowed an unbelievable amount of children at the pool. Well over 15 of them. I normally would not mind, but they were splashing and screaming constantly. What's more their parents were either oblivious, or making as much racket playing with them. This is supposed to be an exclusive club, but this weekend it was like a public park pool. They need to get this under control.
We stayed there for a few days for the first time, after having just visited the facilities previously. The rooms are great and pretty good value. The pool and beach are very nice. If you're willing to be patient with service this is a great place to come hang for the day or spend the weekend.
Wow. I’m in love with this place. The attention to detail by every staff member is on point. This is by far the most amazing place super down to earth not too pretentious. Thank you to everyone that made this stay extra special.
You need to be a member to use the facilities, but the restaurant is open to the public. Make a reservation or you're not getting in though. Food was excellent. I highly recommend both the beef and the tuna tartar, if you like those dishes.
