Solaire at Coconut Creek Apartments

I recently moved into Solaire at Coconut Creek and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The community is well-maintained, clean and offers a variety of amenities. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Ellie who went above and beyond to ensure my move-in process was as smooth as possible and all my concerns were addressed promptly. The apartments are spacious, with modern finishes and energy-efficient appliances. The location is also great, with easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment options. Overall, Solaire at Coconut Creek is the perfect place to call home. I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new apartment.

I love living here and the maintenance team is Amazing! They come by right away and are so friendly. YES this place is pricey but you legit get what you pay for! One thing I will say people like to party a lot at the pool can get a little annoying BUT nobody is rude/ghetto/disruptive and they do clean up after themselves. Great please for the “ in between “.

After they changed the administration last week, it is impossible to communicate with them. I tried by phone, email website.
The residential portal is not working properly and I can't pay my rental. I just want to know if they will be open tomorrow, so I can pay it. Of course no answers. ZSManagement, come back please.

My Maintenance issue has been resolved within 24 hours. Very happy with my experience at Solaire.

Information is key he was very knowledgeable of what he had to do and that is what he did.

Pest control service was quick and professional. I received a phone call, as requested, so that I could isolate my dogs. The only downside is that I was emailed that the service had been completed before it was done. No harm, since the service did get completed, but a little confusing.

Since they changed Management I see a lot of improvements. Jaynee is on top of things and makes sure things are orderly. They are also very in replying to any questions you may have. I am all about emailing etc as we are in 2022 and it is a convenient way of communicating especially with the different schedules people have. Jaynee is doing a lot of renovations. The way rent prices are right now, I think that was necessary. Pool is always very clean and the pool guy comes frequently.

They didn't tell you there are ton of hiding fee and "policy" before you pay the application fee. After I spend $650 fee (non-refund application and administration fee), they start required all the financials and personal information. Once i provided, they just requested more. During the process, I feel not comfortable and safety, Cause I never experienced an apartment request tax return and car registration. They are not DMV! I told them send me the link I can do it online for the car registration, the manager just say the link doesn't work, and she let me email my car registration to her email. How can you let people send so many important personal information to your personal email? Also, there are a lot hiding fee applied after you sign the contact, if you ask why, they will reply oh, that's the policy and sorry I didn't mention at the beginning. If you ask me how my feeling about this apt? Deceived!

As usual, when I have any kind of maintenance issue, it is handled efficiently. I never have to ask twice.

The customer service and swift work done but the staff at Solaire exceeded my expectations. I had an emergent need for my family and myself and thanks to Brad and Jaynee, I was able to move in within two days. They made the experience painless and stress free. The apartment was beautiful and freshly cleaned on move-in day. The community is clean and the neighbors were very welcoming! Overall, it was the best experience I've had moving home!

I try to apply, in the app the price is reasonable cheaper but i call them a lot of time and when they finally answer, they told me that it's a mistake and the rent for every apartment that i asked it's 600$ more

I was in need of a key that I had left somewhere and Elisa Adorno took care of the manner in a Tim and professional mannerism. Elisa gets my 5 stars!

My wife and 3 kids lived here for a little over 2 years. My experience was wonderful. The customer service was great and responsive. The apartment with the lake view was beautiful. No matter what the hour we always felt safe in the community. We didn’t own a dog back then but it is very dog friendly. Neighbors weren’t always the friendliest but quality of life was good while we lived there. My only complaints are the restrictions on parking. If you don’t park your second vehicle in your garage then you’ll get a boot placed on your car in the parking lot. I think they should reserve a “public “ area for us to park. Another issue I had was the occasional fire alarm that would sound the entire building (at 2am) due to a glitch in the system. All be it, I highly recommend this place for your family or if you’re living alone. Minutes away from everything, margate, Coral Springs, Parkland, & pompano Great place to live, great experience. It is an excellent place to live! I love living here. The Property manager Jaynee and Elisa do an amazing job on the condo. Thank you guys, you are amazing
