Solano at Miramar

I would have loved to live there but sadly I did not qualify, for a moment I felt so disappointed because I work a lot and I loved this place to live but I understood their policy and with this I will take it as a lesson for the next time I decide to move to a place …The attention of your staff is excellent and thank you very much for everything

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Solano, and I am thoroughly impressed with what I saw. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this is a community that truly cares about its residents.

The leasing office staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I had the pleasure of meeting the property manager, now that was very impressive because most communities I've lived in I rarely get to see them unless there's an issue. She was so  kind and inviting. The leasing agent took the time to listen to my preferences and requirements, offering valuable insights into the available floor plans and amenities. Their knowledge of the property was impressive, and they happily answered all my questions.

What particularly caught my attention was the wide range of amenities available to residents. From the well-equipped fitness center to the inviting pool area, it's clear that they prioritize creating a comfortable and enjoyable living experience for their tenants.

Furthermore, the location of the apartment complex is fantastic, with convenient access to local shops, restaurants, and major transportation routes. It's an ideal blend of peaceful living and easy connectivity to the surrounding areas.

I left the apartment complex feeling excited about the possibility of becoming a resident. The excellent customer service, well-maintained grounds, and impressive amenities are hard to beat. I have no doubt that this would be a wonderful place to call home, and I eagerly look forward to the possibility of joining this vibrant community.

My experience within the Community had been phenomenal since I moved here. Lavon is an amazing leasing consultant. She is very thorough and promptly responds to all emails. Jhenny is also goes above and beyond to exceed with any property needs.

I love Solano at Miramar, they are so welcoming and helpful each time I interact with them. It is obvious that they take their role as resident advocates seriously. Solano is a beautiful facility - my favorite area is the clubhouse lobby! Thank you for all you and your team do for your residents!
