I thoroughly enjoyed my say here, the view was spectacular, and the service exemplary. Lara C.at the desk greeted me and my family as if we were her family, staff was very professional and courteous. Anthony the valet always helped and ready with suggestions, and Kathy at the front desk always greeted with a smile. I never got the housekeepers name, but she took care of me in Suite 2402A. These people work well and I was grateful for the services provided. Will be staying there again. Thank you very much. 5 Stars all the way!

This place is not a “4star” hotel motel 6 has better maintained rooms.

Very nice location and after contact with guest service, some points have been resolved for us. Nice beach and in a row with many nice hotels.

My husband and I love this place. We go yearly to escape the winters. We love the restaurant and beach-side bar service. It's conveniently located across from a fabulous plaza with great restaurants and shopping.

It leaves much to be desired, the fixed price is not the end, you arrive and you find that you pay double between beach service (very basic) and valet parking, the rooms, tiny and very basic, the minibar was working one day and another no), not to mention that a water costs 8 uss, it seems excessive to me, and the bathroom came to have a cm of water after taking a shower, whenever I wanted to make a claim, there was never anyone who spoke Spanish, but I did realize that They understood me, but it was easy to say "I don't speak Spanish" I would not return and I would not recommend it, I stayed in February 2023

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was professional, welcoming and attentive to our needs. Everything was quality. The rooms were clean and the restaurant was excellent.

This hotel needs better management. Valet parking, front desk service, elevator waits, waiting for hot water are all below par. It has beautiful views, but you can get that from any other hotel in the area.

Incredible dental experience! The dentist's attention to detail is impeccable. They took the time to listen to my concerns and developed a personalized treatment plan tailored to my needs. The staff is warm and friendly, making each visit a pleasure. I'm grateful to have found such a skilled and caring dentist.

This hotel is a gem. Rooms are very clean. Service is excellent. Annamaria at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She helped us book our rooms the night before when we had to move as a family from a different hotel. We got a package that included breakfast, beach towels/chairs/umbrella, two cocktails per day, and a $25 statement credit per day for each room. The staff at Baleen Kitchen (the hotel’s restaurant) is very friendly. It was a pleasure staying here. Very modern and well-serviced hotel.

The Solé Miami is a wonderful hotel in a great area with many restaurants within walking distance. Our room in the 21st floor had a partial ocean view and partial city view so we had the best of both views. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The entire staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful with whatever we needed, especially Tomas. Tomas deserves special recognition (and a raise!) as he catered to us ensuring our stay was unforgettable. Thank you Tomas! Thank you Solé!

Stay away from this place. Front desk staff are terribly unhelpful. Despite booking a 2PM checkout they forced us out of the room at 11: 30AM.

Air conditioner couldn’t “cool” below 78 degrees F.

Would highly recommend staying elsewhere for same price range.

The location of Sole Miami was perfect. It was beachfront, yet within easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. The service was amazing; the food was amazing; the trip was amazing. I'm already planning a return visit.

Valet guys were quick and responsive. Resort fees outrageous. Very small pool and not enough chairs.

I came for a mini solo vacation in June and had the best time. Checking in—my room was upgraded and wow so nice, everyone at the front desk was so helpful. One of the biggest thing that had me concerned was the amount of negative reviews and I can only agree with the complaint about being able to hear everything from the halls but not too much!

Kristina at the Baleen Kitchen bar was an amazing part of the experience too! Only went down for some drinks and an appetizer after a long day, didn’t get to try out more food like I had originally planned.

The beach was great and everyone was so helpful in that area. The pool was mostly full of kids so I wasn’t able to check that out or the pool bar.

Overall I had a great experience and wouldn’t mind going back to this hotel in the future!
