My therapist was Elena, and she is knowledgeable and well-verse in the tools at her disposal (such as cupping). This was the first massage I've ever gotten that has resulted in lasting pain relief for my lower back.
The breadth of services available and the ability to customize treatments make this place perfect for someone who needs more than the basic massage. It's perfect for athletes (I'm an avid runner with chronic back pain), and there are plenty of innovative treatments to try.
I'm fortunate to live about a block from this place, and am so happy I finally made an appointment. I've already scheduled my next.

She was able to identify the origin of the problems i was having, and addressed each one using methods that I was not familiar with, even as a seasoned massage recipient! Amazing experience getting my first ever massage here! Elena did an incredible job reviewing my concerns and areas of focus. She was very good at explaining the different techniques she wanted to try and checking in with me throughout the massage. I highly recommend getting the hot stones!

Elena came highly recommended by my husband. He likes less pressure and more of a relaxation style, while I prefer deeper pressure and enjoy the benefits of cupping. Elena accommodated our individual preferences beautifully. On me she used cupping, hot stone, and cold compress. She is very intuitive and good at finding those tough spots and working them out. I highly recommend.

I just had the most wonderful 90 minute session with Elena today! First off, I am extremely picky about my massages. Elena asked detailed questions in advance in order to tailor my session specifically to me. We did deep tissue and cupping and gua Sha and oh my goodness! She even started the process of breaking up some scar tissue/healing my old ankle injury! I had such a great experience that I went ahead and booked the rest of my appointments with her for the rest of the year.

Absolute bliss. Additionally, I usually prefer quiet. Elena is so kind and so fun to talk to, I literally had to force myself to shut up and enjoy! Lol. Best massage I've had in MONTHS. Highly recommend!

Elena did an excellent job and really helped me mentally as well as physically. She is easy to talk to and we just had nice conversation. I went in thinking I want a massage with quiet me time and it ended up being a mental health and clarity session too. I will definitely go back ever time I am back in St Pete!

Had a great therapeutic massage with Taylor last Saturday. She was very professional and thorough. I was experiencing some shoulder pain that she was able to work through with some cupping techniques which I was hesitant to receive. But she was gentle and was able to relieve a lot of the pain and stiffness. Taylor was able to pin point areas of concern without me having to say anything and brought a lot of relief and relaxation. Cant wait to book again soon.
