Very unprofessional and don’t properly train not even management and inconstant with there policy and a lot of conflict of interest. And dont do nothing with situations don’t handle it correctly or at all and has hr act like your counselor
Changed shipping for mistakes they made, and there was a surcharge! Totally unprofessional people.
This lab can be absolutely infuriating and so disappointing. They are not consistant with their policies, and clearly do not have any care or concern for their quality control.
Quality control is a growing issue for us!
There should be free shipping for errors they made.
