Yikes, not sure where to start. They had my vehicle for months, no movement. Received the vehicle back with inoperable headlights, (very dangerous liability and also safety of driver) two windows were marred from the workers that the tint needed to be replaced. I had to pay out of pocket as this business would not cover their mistakes, also the employees left black tar on my white leather seats. Unresponsive and uncooperative with USAA on top of it all, now I am stuck with headlights they won’t/cannot fix. I truly hope nobody is injured in an accident due to their negligence.
