Quality of everything they have is heavenly soft in touch and ladies at Wesley Chapel, FL location were very friendly and kind. Great value to price. Not crowded, since it’s a bit more expensive, and you get your purchase luxuriously packed. I had a great experience at this store and will be back.

I purchased 3 bras. I got home but I didn't like the fit. I went to the Wesley Chapel branch and Maria was amazing! She measured me, discussed why the size I originally purchased didn't work for me, and even exchanged the bra I was wearing because Maria didn't want me to leave with a bra that didn't work. Maria put 2 bras aside for me and I exchanged the other 2 the next day. Soma definitely wants you to be happy and I would highly recommend Maria! She's the best!

This location is stocked with the panties I need each time I come to visit. The staff are always pleasant when I arrive and willing to help. I was happy during and after COVID this store remained open and didn't close. Soma panties are super soft and the brand is a hit with my customers.

Maria the manager- provides horrible customer service. I have been to this location without her here and received wonderful customer service but the two times I have come in the last two months she herself was very rude and not helpful. I had to ask her to actually walk with me to get her to provide assistance to my friend. It was her first time.

The lady working was amazing and great at helping me and my daughter find the right size. Thank you!
