This is a wonderful place to go for any covid shots and booster shots you may need. I had 2 Moderna vaccines and my booster shot here. They are friendly, professional and courteous. They speak English and Spanish and other languages. They also offer other health services. I recommend them highly.

I love this place but can someone fix the phone dialing system. Does not let me get a hold of someone in the office.

Place is clean. Medical assistants are nice for the most part. Answering phone is not their forte. If you need a regular yearly physical they’re ok or if you need any pills to be prescribed they’re quick to prescribe you anything. But if you’re seriously concern about an acute health concern (that does not require an ER visit but requires attention ASAP) and worsening of symptoms and need real diagnosis and find the cause of the problem DONT BOTHER! TREATMENT AND DIAGNOSIS WILL BE REFUSED EVEN WITH! They don’t care about pt. ’s wellness. You’re just another number. I pretty much found out on my own that my dad has an infectious disease that REQUIRES TREATMENT ASAP, and when I inquired about it to the NP RAUL GONZALEZ. Not only he did not apologized for missing the results and diagnosis but ALSO HE REFUSED TO DIAGNOSE MY FATHER AND START TREATMENT RIGHT AWAY! Disease that if is left untreated for much longer will cause to have multiple organ failure, brain damage, and DEATH! Like I said if you need a physical or a prescription for common cold go here if you need real diagnosing you might be better off underground.

I had my very first visit at Soma Medical Center on Tuesday. I was assigned to that office through my insurance plan. I had heard it would be a long wait, that I will be there all day long. I had my appt at 11: 45am. I walked in the office at 11: 10am. I filled out my paperwork, had weight, blood pressure etc then seen the doctor and at 11: 45am, I was checking out and waiting for some referrals that I needed. So I have to say, it was very efficient and I would definitely recommend this office to another person. This is the Soma Medical Center on lakeworth Rd. Lakeworth, FL. Not the forest hill Blvd. Office.

The worst! Im a epileptic patient and I am having attacks and this office WILL not send my medication to the pharmacy nor respond to request. I have reached out for appointments and more and get no response. Their online portal does not work and there phone lines are horrible. Always off the dial where you can not reach anyone. My attorney will be calling about the malpractice at this facility

So far so good. I visited the clinic on Wednesday 2/23/21. The place looks clean and well decorated. Dr. Jose seems to be a kool Dr! And the young lady in front name Marcia she's a sweetheart.

Such a great office and Doctor Baez. The wait times are relatively short (usually 10 minutes maximum). The doctor and assistant are so understanding. Office staff is great too – very friendly and professional!

Im a new patient so im learning how their system works.they are kind and very good. I had blood drawn and they were very gentle. I will let you know how next visit works out.

The nurses here are quick and really nice. Also, I appreciate the nurse that attended me (I did not feel a thing when she took my blood exam).

The doctors at SOMA listen to you and actually respect your opinion and requests for treatment!

I arrived at the soma clinic on the recommendation of Dr. Ramón Gonzales, the truth is I can tell you that there is no place in west palm beach that has such a personalized, coordinated and respectful treatment of patients as Soma, but I have something to point out in particular And it is the interest that Dr. Ramón makes about his patients, in my case he was so careful and meticulous with my clinical history, that it surprised me. Llegué a la clínica soma por recomendación del Dr. Ramón Gonzales, la verdad les puedo decir que no hay lugar en west palm beach que tenga un trato tan personalizado, coordinado y respetuoso de los pacientes como Soma, pero tengo algo para señalar en particular Y es el interés que el Dr. Ramón hace por sus pacientes, en mi caso fue tan cuidadoso y minucioso con mi historia clínica, que me sorprendió. No pensé que me preguntaría tanto sobre mis problemas de salud, ya que era tan detallado y me explicaba paso a paso cada procedimiento que recomendaba. I love Soma medical center my whole family goes to that office for many years, dr. Alexis Cuellar is excellent, he always has the best solution and Natasha is a great person, very good attention, I recommend them 100%.

Worse I have been ever seen I've been calling this office for 2 weeks.no one never answered when they finally answered they hand up the phone. I went to be seen the Dr prescribe me one medication when she knows that I'm breastfeeding I cant this the medication that she prescribed i call several time some stating that the doctor will send the medication still yet it have not done. These Dr really dont care about pt they only for for their money. It was my first time it will my last time
