The HOA fees are low and compared to many communities you get a lot for what you pay for. Landscaping used to be shoddy but now that they have Luis Mesa at the helm, he actually cares and my wife and I have no complaints. The management company has been responsive as well as all HOA members. We think the location, all the amenities, pool, tennis, golf, bocce, fitness center, restaurant, all make it a special community. Yes, you have to get approval for things which is so different from the HOA we were used to in Arizona but we have adjusted. This is definitely a nice plan for a primary or secondary residence.

The HOA in this community has blocked efforts of professional trappers trying to rescue a lost 9 year old dog from certain death by starvation, heat, or worse. They have physically obstructed rescuers from following up on sightings. Imagine how they treat residents if this is how they handle an innocent animal's rescue attempts?

They hate animals. They are intentionally preventing a family from being reunited with their lost pet.

The senior dog got scared and ran into the woods in this community to hide.

There has been multiple sightings of the dog, starving, limping and scared and yet the community has refused rescuers access to follow up on sightings and trap the dog.

Shameful and disgusting.

If you are a guest or someone working for someone that lives in the community, you can ONLY use the gate on Treeline. Apparently even visitor call boxes arent working either per the homeowner. Homeowners don’t think to tell you this as your gps takes you too all the back gates.
