Someware in time clock repair, Palmetto FL

The owner never call me back after leaving him several messages regarding my clock. I finaly caught him in the Store from August 1st to January not a thing had been done so i took the clock back home. Poor business man.

Ray came to my house a few weeks ago to repair a cable in my grandfather clock. He did the repair and I was happy. However, a few days ago I noticed the cable he fixed was beginning to lengthen so l removed the weight. I've left messages for him, but he hasn't responded. Ray is very nice, but unreliable, I'm afraid.

I had the fortunate pleasure of meeting Ray the owner. He came to my home & repaired my most precious grandfather clock. I was so happy with the outcome. I would recommend his services as he is kind, trustworthy & a great clock repair man.

I live in Massachusetts, I am a summer bird here in Bradenton. I happened to meet Ray several years ago by chance. He has repaired several clocks for me and the workmanship is unbeatable. I highly recommend Ray for any of your clock needs. I bring my clock from Massachusetts for him to work on them. Great guy.

Ray and I share the same first name. He repaired 2 clocks for us which we dropped off at his location. Both clocks work well and we were pleased with his workmanship!

3/1/23: Went and picked up my clock that Ray did NOT fix. Very upsetting. Got wife who has biz same bldg get it for me 2/21/23! I don't understand over a YEAR (2/09/22) and was beyond frustrating. If ANYONE knows of a cuckoo clock repair shop that is RELIABLE I would be sooo appreciative. I have other clocks need help as well but WHO does it? Again ANY referrals or help very much appreciated. I don't understand Ray's business ethics? Seems he has none! Sad but TRUE!
Jan 28,2023! STILL NO CLOCK and NO return my phone calls. I keep leaving messages to no avail. WHY Ray WHYYYY is my? What if this was reversed? So sooo frustrated! CALL ME BACK. 2/09/23 will be ONE YEAR you have had my clock! HELP pleaseeeeee
June 6,22 Update: I left my cuckoo clock Feb 9,22. Ray said couple weeks. I have called, I have gotten in touch couple times and Ray says will b ready nxt week and then NEVER hear from him! It is SOO frustrating and sad. I like Ray as a person and when he did house call a while back was AWESOME. Also had neighbor have him fix her clock! What happened RAY? Now FOUR mos and still NO word and I wish there were other shops to fix clocks. At a loss here. I have other cuckoo clocks and now where to take them?

** a YEAR earlier! HOUSE CALL: Got my Grandfather clock checked out and my Grandmother clock WORKING! I am thrilled and will return for sure. Very nice man and business. A+

He came and “fixed” my Sligh Grandfather clock after a move. The very next day, it made a terrible noise, and stopped working. Only one weight moves. Despite many calls to request he return to fix it, and promises to come after the first of the year, he ghosted us! Won’t answer, nor return messages.
$350 wasted money. Outrageous!

Ray is your clock expert! Very giving of his time and does outstanding work. Fixed 1 of my clocks after a long distance move and it’s so great to listen to it chime and strike the hour. My outlet clock which is from the 1700’s he took his time and also fix one problem and recommend a w place to have the other repair done. So if you need someone who will still do house calls and knows his stuff this is your man thank you Ray

I originally brought 2 clocks in July. I am still waiting. I have been there at least 6 times, can never find him opened. I honestly think he went out of business. Totally disappointed.

Ray's work ethic shows his passion for repairing clocks. He is the clock doctor! Don't ever hesitate to bring your clock to him for repairs. This also includes grandfather clocks. Thank you Ray.
