I’m very disappointed with the level of care since the office moved into the new Winter Park office. You feel like a number, not a person who is fighting for their lives! I am currently no evidence of disease but if my cancer returns, I will definitely seek out a new oncologist. I used to hold high praise for Dr. Schroff, but now.she’s so short & dismissive. She can’t be bothered to listen to your fears & concerns. She makes me feel like my questions are stupid & she will placate me & order a scan if “it makes you feel better”. I left my last appointment feeling completely defeated and I sat and cried in my car for 20 minutes. If I thought I could affectively switch oncologist now. I surely would! Very disheartening with the way things are now. Only positive she has going for her is her PA! She listens. Genuinely listens! Dr. Schroff barely spends 5 minutes with you. I guess 3 months out from stopping Nerlynx means you don’t matter anymore. THIS IS OUR REALITY! We’re terrified! Maybe a day in our shoes would change things

Dr Shroff took her time explaining what her initial plan was, and we will be following up to hear about the lab results.

Doctor Shroff and her team are like family members to me during my fight with cancer. They really care about me and make sure that I’m comfortable with my treatment plans. Any questions that I or my wife has are answered clearly.

Dr Shroff is an excellent physician. I have been seeing her for a blood abnormality. The office staff is always helpful and cheerful. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Shroff and Florida Cancer Specialists.

Dr. Schroff is an excellent kind and caring doctor who has been taking good care of me since 2014 through some difficult times! I am forever grateful.

I showed up and didn’t wait long for a welcome and intake. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and answered all of my questions. Dr. Shroff listened to my concerns and questions.

Office is always beautifully clean. Staff is always wonderfully kind & friendly. Dr. Shroff always takes the time to answer any questions I have.

I love Dr. Shroff and her group. I have been going to her since 2017 and she is a very good doctor. Love all of her PA's. Everyone in the office is very nice. I highly recommend her. She's aggressive and she knows what she is doing. I mean that in a good way. The new facility is very nice. Everything that you need is there. I like that the treatment area is separate.

My experience was pretty good. I did have to wait a while until I was called for blood work but not bad. Then waited a bit for the doctor but she didn’t rush and we spent a lot of time going over my issues.

Dr. Shroff and Rochelle have been seeing me for sometime now. They are wonderful care professionals. You can tell that they really care for there patients. The FCS facility at Winter Park is amazing as well. All of the front desk staff, nurses, phlebotomist and anyone else im forgetting have always been super friendly and welcoming.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The customer service and care that I receive each visit exceeds my expectations. Dr. Shroff exceeds excellence in every category…. Especially “Caring. ”

Dr Schroff is amazing as is her staff. Seems like an odd location for a practice and perhaps you have gotten way too big. Not as personal as it used to be

The phlebotomist
(hope I spelt it correctly), was awesome. Waited too long for my appt and to see the doctor. I understand maybe they were back logged, but no one had the courtesy to come out and say something. At least they could acknowledge the patient's time. Other than that, I have no problems.

Dr. Shroff is an excellent doctor. She listens and reacts to my concerns. She makes me feel safe. The staff is gentle, kind and caring.

DR Shroff has been my doctor for over 15 years and she's been great helping me with my factor 5 and then with my pancreatic cancer treatment and now I've been cancer free for almost a year

Dr. Shroff is very professional and detail oriented. She explained my blood results and what additional tests are necessary

I am very impressed with Dr Shroff and the entire staff. Very attentive and responsive, which cannot be said about many Dr offices over the last 5 years. Most of the doctors are good but offices poorly run; however this is an exception.
