Sonata Hunter's Creek reviews
8My tour at Sonata a few weeks back was an excellent one! Krizia was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. A great place to consider for my parents! A+
Went here for a visit of a family member and I must say this is one of the best place to put your loves one. My friend Krizia is working there and she is taking good care of the residents. Highly recommended
Traveled out of state to Kissimmee, Florida to take a tour of this Assisted Living Residence for a family member of ours. We finally got the pleasure of meeting with the Move in coordinator, Krizia Cruz after a few weeks of speaking over the phone. Her personality was great, and hearing the passion as she spoke about her job was definitely something we appreciated because having a loved one be in the care of others is a big deal for us. She made us feel comfortable, and the facility is beautiful. Definitely think this may be the right place we have been looking for.
Krizia, the representative I met with, spent over an hour with me. She displayed a high level of professionalism and knowledge about the facility. Her enthusiasm for her job was truly remarkable and evident. The grounds are meticulously maintained, and the interior of the facility has an exceptional appearance. The wide range of programs offered is impressive, and what stood out to me was the evident dedication of the entire staff to their roles. I have complete confidence in moving my loved one to this facility without any hesitation.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sonata Hunters creek, and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt an overwhelming sense of warmth and compassion that reflected the staff's dedication to providing the utmost care for their residents.
The memory care program at this facility is truly top-notch. The staff members are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate and patient. They truly understand the unique needs and challenges faced by individuals with memory impairments, ensuring that each resident receives personalized care and attention.
One aspect that stood out to me was the facility's emphasis on creating a soothing and stimulating environment. The memory care unit is thoughtfully designed to provide a safe and comfortable space, with calming colors, natural light, and well-planned layouts. Additionally, there are various memory-enhancing activities and programs available, such as art therapy, music therapy, and reminiscence sessions, which help residents maintain cognitive function and engage with their surroundings.
It was evident that the staff members had built strong relationships with the residents. They fostered a warm and friendly atmosphere, allowing residents to feel valued and supported. The care and attention given to each individual were truly remarkable, as the staff took the time to get to know each resident personally, understanding their preferences, interests, and routine.
Furthermore, the facility provided a wide range of amenities and services to ensure the well-being and comfort of their residents. From nutritious and delicious meals prepared by skilled chefs to regular exercise programs tailored to individual abilities, they left no stone unturned in ensuring a holistic approach to care.
What truly impressed me was the commitment to continuous improvement. The facility constantly seeks feedback from residents and their families, actively incorporating suggestions and making necessary adjustments to enhance the overall experience. This dedication to ongoing advancement truly sets them apart.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Sonata Hunters creek for its outstanding memory care services. The staff's unwavering dedication, combined with their creative and person-centered approach, ensures that residents receive the highest quality of care in a nurturing and supportive environment. Families can rest assured knowing that their loved ones are in excellent hands.
Compared to other options in the area, Sonata is an exceptional place to live. It provides numerous conveniences for its residents. My personal experience with Sonata has been nothing short of outstanding & truly wonderful! The staff has been an absolute pleasure to interact with. In conclusion, I highly recommend Sonata to anyone seeking this type of living arrangement for your loved ones.
My mother was here, she moved in September. What a huge mistake.
My mother had dementia and could not take care of herself. On the very first day, employees walked into their room and told a family member, "She doesn't belong here. She needs a nursing home. " They will take her to Memory Care the entire day and she was pretty much ignored. Within days of moving in, she developed a UTI that created a behavior for them now to have a reason to alicate her in memory care. She was there because they stated she felt but she didn’t have balance which is different. That's another story.) In my opinion, this was neglect on the part of this facility! She never had a UTI.
The place didn’t have a schedule to pick her up in the morning to prepare her not to mention to take her back to her room to sleep every night. Sometimes it was 8: 45 - 9 pm.
She was so exhausted all day without resting or taking a nap.
The memory care was dirty.
They ruined her clothes with their laundry.
The furniture in the memory care.
Be careful before putting your loved ones here.
Let me start by saying I do not have a family member here, but I do have a friend. He and his wife moved in at the beginning of May. He and his wife moved into the Assisted Living unit. His wife had dementia and could not take care of herself. On the very first day, employees walked into their room and, in front of him, said, "She doesn't belong here. She needs a nursing home. " He would take her to Memory Care for meals, and she was pretty much ignored. Within days of moving in, she developed a UTI that landed her in the hospital. She was there for several days and then moved to Rehab. (That's another story.) In my opinion, this was neglect on the part of this facility! Before moving, she had helpers who came to the house and took care of her. She never had a UTI. Why? Because she was changed regularly. She was cleaned up regularly. This is strictly my opinion, but for her to get sick that quickly? You decide.
