I hated everything about this store. The saleswomen were extremely rude and arrogant. What I hated most was that the prices of the items changed several times within the 15 minutes I was in the store. First, I found a 2-piece outfit on a sale rack that the saleswoman said was $25 altogether. After I tried it on and it fit, she then said the price was $50. Then I tried on a dress that was also on the sale rack, which said prices were between $25-$50. I asked the same saleswoman the price of the dress, to which she replied that I had to try it on first to see if it would fit before she could tell me the price. She also kept insinuating that the dress likely wouldn’t fit before I tried it on, which I found disrespectful. I tried on the dress and it fit, so she took the dress back and said the best she could do was $150. She kept claiming that no one fit in the dress, so if I did, she would give me a good deal on it. When the dress fit, the story changed and she upped the price. I said I was still deciding on the dress, but she starting wrapping it up in a bag and pushing us to purchase the dress even when I made it clear I wasn’t sure that I was going to buy it. When I didn’t buy it, she got mad. I overheard the two saleswomen talking about us saying something along the lines of, “I’m not dealing with that today” and the other saleswomen said something like, “Yeah I don’t blame you. ” Speaking like that in front of customers is completely rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER shop at Sondro again. I would much rather take my business somewhere else where the saleswomen aren’t pushy, judgmental, and outright rude. Do NOT shop here!
