Songer's Christmas Tree Farm, Middleburg FL

Oof… 100% would not recommend. Have you ever seen Christmas with the Kranks? That scene were Mr. Krank pays for the last tree? That is this place unfortunately. Nice folks, but it’s time to shut down shop. You don’t have have a tree farm. We found two or three very sad trees. We picked one for the kids to have the experience. If you want to pick out a tree and get a nice full, healthy, well maintained one I would recommend Websters in Darian, GA. Sorry I know this is a brutal review, but I am telling you don’t go.

This was our second year trying to find a tree here. I even emailed ahead of time and asked how they were looking this year, and they told me the trees were looking good. Last year, we never saw a single person leave with a tree. This year, we saw a few people leaving with one but couldn't understand why. They looked terrible. Maybe we're just too picky? Doubt it. These trees need some trimming and some fertilizer. Something. Lowes for the win again this year. Unfortunately, I don't think we will make the attempt here next year. Too much of a disappointment.

Such a fun experience! If you are looking for an authentic tree that wasn’t grown in your run of the mill tree farm this is your place. There were a variety of size, shapes, and types of trees. I will go back in years to come. Also very affordable and kind help.

The people are nice and they supply saws. The trees are not good at all. They don’t shape them, so a lot of them aren’t even shaped like Christmas trees. On top of that, most look half dead. We were very excited to come here and all left. Headed to buy a tree from somewhere else now. Really wanted to support this place, but it’s like they just plant the trees and then ignore them. Zero care went in to maintaining them in to nice trees.

First off I must say the folks running the farm are extremely nice! Very welcoming, you’re given a saw and price list upon arrival and directed where to go. Unfortunately the selection is very minimal, most of the trees are bare and unkept. We were not able to locate a tree we liked so we left with an empty truck bed. This would not be worth traveling any sort of distance to for the 2023 holiday season.
