I couldn't have picked a better practice. I love this office! Everyone I've come in contact with has been very welcoming kind and patient. The front desk staff, the medical assistants and the dr are all awesome! Dr Marcucci is very sweet and so attentive. She addresses all my concerns without rushing me out the door, which tells me she really cares about her patients. I picked this practice bc of the reviews and it was very well worth it. Finding a dr and staff who cares about their patients is worth me driving the distance.

Awful experience - There have been several patients, including my wife and me, who have been assigned incorrect codes in the system, making us pay more or return for additional consultations. It seems like the staff is either doing this intentionally or due to a lack of professionalism. Regardless of the reason, it's always the patient who suffers.

We went for an annual check-up that is covered by our insurance, but they decided to treat it as a regular visit, which resulted in us having to pay extra. We strongly recommend thinking twice before going to this healthcare center.

Bad experience after first visit due to their incorrect billing practices. Billing for an annual preventive physical because of the codes they provided to my insurance. After numerous calls, I gave up and simply paid the bill.

I was very happy with my visit Ashley was very nice and pleasant. The doctor spent enough time with me and went over my records in detail I was very satisfied with my visit.

What a waste of my time ever going to this office They are the most unorganized Dr's. Office l have been in. Claim to send referrals when dontAsk For a Referrals because fell down steps and are hurting and you are notified a week later THE DR SAID "NO " REFERRAL WILL NOT BE SENT! I'M 80 YEARS OLD AND DONT UNDERSTAND THIS AT ALL I WOULDNT GIVE THEM ONE STAR BUT I WANTED TO POST THIS. THANK YOU

Visited Dr Marcucci at the Maguire office for first time today! From Ashley the receptionist to Ashley the Medical Asst the visit was one of the best I have had in awhile! The level of care and compassion shown by Dr Marcucci is a valuable asset to Soni Practise! Have not felt that with previous visits to Practise! Highly recommend!

Went to this Soni family practice because the one near me did not had any appointments available sooner. Well, thank God I came here and got to meet PA Kathryn Kuscavage, she was wonderful and I will be seeing her for my annual check up.

This place used to be amazing and I didn’t mind the drive as Dr. Soni is great. However, the past year it’s been impossible. I have had multiple appointment canceled the night before, one canceled 5 minutes before I arrived, and one when I got there the office it was closed. I called and they send you to a call center, this must be new as I used to be able to talk to someone in the office, and the call center was just like, yes, you have an appointment at this time at that office. Which I knew as I had multiple text confirmations. It feels like perhaps the office expanded beyond what they could handle. Unfortunately, I have to find a new doctor as I can’t keep missing work, driving, just to not get to see a doctor.
Just as an edit, to make it worst the next day I got an automated call telling they are charging me the $25 dollars for missing an appointment.

I am a new patient. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. The front desk was exceptionally friendly. I went back almost immediately. Dr. Marcucci was attentive, and I was happy with the diagnosis and the plan she gave me.

No waiting. Very honest and complete physical check and also very professional. Also is just miinutes away from home. I do like it.

Elizabeth A. Is extremely rude and unhelpful she has no idea how HIPPA privacy laws work and has no business working in a medical office.
She claims I need to make an appointment to see a doctor to get my Xray results and refused to provide me a copy of my own personal health records.
They need to do better with hiring

I really don’t know what is happening with this practice, since dr Soni is not here this is a mess, they are a shame for doc Soni, hope she can read this and make some changes, I am taking all my family away from this place

As a new patient, it was easy to make an appointment online. My practitioner was knowledgeable and my appointment was on time. I left with a clear care plan. I felt heard and was encouraged to ask questions.

Very friendly staff, nice clean office and came out with a plan to get me back on the right health track!

If you read nothing else from this review read this: FIND A BETTER PLACE FOR CARE! After a Physicians Assistant here at an establishment appointment not only jumped to conclusions, she misdiagnosed me, put me on an EKG machine with my shirt and bra off, and sent me into a panic attack right there in the office. She offered no empathy and explained that “I’d be okay, because I’ve probably been living with this condition all my life. ” Funny, the first time I’ve gone to the doctor was not at age 36. I’ve had 2 healthy pregnancies, keep current on my annual checkups and no one else before or since could replicate her diagnosis. Not only was I sent out to drive home in a LITERAL panic, they sent me out-of-network referrals! Needless to say I’ve switched to a new PCP, had a consult with a specialist and have been given a 100% clean bill of health. Unfortunately for me, the misdiagnosis of this fraud through me way off balance and caused repeated anxiety episodes and hundreds of dollars in anxiety medication and copays to a psychiatrist’s office. Luckily for the PA I’m not going to put her name on blast in this review but I will gladly tell whatever staff reaches out to me after this posts. This office needs to be shut down in my opinion. The look and feel of the place leaves much to be desired. They make you fill out forms, by hand on a piece of paper then ask you all the same questions when you’re seen by the quack. The lady in the front was nice. The wait wasn’t long. The nurse, while not personable was young in inexperienced. While I was having a panic attack on the EKG machine she told me I was in cardiac arrest! Which reminds me, the quack I saw looked at my reading and said she saw abnormalities, something a cardiologist could not duplicate. To finish up, I’d sue this place if I could. They turned my life and my family’s lives upside down with unfounded worry. I’ve stopped seeing them, my husband is no longer a patient and if you’re reading this I beg you, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
