Food was good and staff was friendly. Guessing they were shot staffed as the service took a little long. Still a good experience overall.

I've often visited this estavliaent in the past many years and it has been some time since I did visit them. They're advertising the new bacon jam sandwich as well as my daughter as we were looking forward to trying it.

After picking up dinner for us two and the family we traveled home. Once we arrived home I took everything out and started to sit and enjoy dinner. Unfortunately the bacon jam was barely on the bread. It was very unfortunate that the quality of the food wasn't met; very disappointed.

Great burgers and shakes.however they have became very lazy and careless in how they prepare your food now.they should be grateful they still have a job and loyal customers.seriously thinking abiut changing my family place for burgers

A bit less exciting than I remember. Wait for the order operator to answer, after 6 minutes, I left. Then I saw they gave a "drive up window". Order in my hand in 2 min. Delicious.

Pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and our burgers and dogs were very tasty!

Just left after waiting over 25 minutes for my order for a family of 4. Pressed the button at my stall again to speak with someone after that time, waited a few more minutes and still got no answer. Unfortunate as I was looking forward to my limeade: (Very disappointed. Wont bother going back.

Last 2 times I been there has taken forever to get food. The first time we parked and waited over an hour and they gave us a coupon of buy one burger get one free because of wait. Then went thru drive thru tonight and waited at window for 42 mins. It was a joke like it should never take that long. This store has gone down hill and it's a shame cause I love sonic.

This store doesn’t know mark things that they are out off of their Uber menu, and when I ordered they decided to accept the order, “work on the order” and then cancel the order and hour and a half later. This place sucks, doesn’t care about their customers and aren’t smart enough to do their job correctly.

Lines are always long and app is always "temporary unavailable" at 2pm. Makes a quick lunch hard to get, but the food is always good.

Usually The food is good and the staff is great. With my most recent experience I got a milkshake and it got me sick. I don't know if it's something that Sonic does but this is the 2nd time I have gone to a Sonics location and gotten sick from a milkshake. Oviedo was the 1st

Ordered a sonic oreo blast, said they were out of cookie dough pieces but would put an extra scoup of cookie dough in the shake with the scoup on top, I got home and it was all vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of oreo shake on just the top with a cookie dough scoup the size of a marble.pretty much a big cup of vanilla ice cream that i paid a premium for.

I live in Lockhart Florida which is inside Orlando but I have to drive 20 minutes to get to Sonic and there was one on 441 but they shut down because they opened that Sonic restaurant right inside the hood but what you need to do is open up a Sonic burger in Altamonte Springs so people don't have to drive 15 to 25 minutes to get to the restaurant I guarantee if you open one in Altamonte Springs you will have business like crazy

Been bringing the family here for yrs but was a little upset tonight. Sat in the drive thru for 25 min with 5 cars in front of me. Got up to the screen to hear sorry we're closed. 10: 01 exactly. I explained that I've been in line for 25 min. Just to be told sorry we close at 10 and it's 10. I mean really?

Their large hotdog selections are great. The burgers I'm not a big fan of. They have little flavor. The drink/slashes selection is so long I couldn't list them all. If you can't find a flavor you like.you didn't need one!

My name is Lisa and I'm an independent contractor for Doordash and I went to this location to pick up 2 prepaid orders. Apparently they hadn't started them prior to my arrival because I had to wait more than 20 minutes. I saw they were busy but these were ordered prior to my receipt of the delivery offers. Due to the long wait, both deliveries were much later than the expected time of arrival.

Ridiculous drive thru equipment. Have gone twice and not disappointed with food, but drive thru equipment was a joke. I visited when raining and in a hurry. Outside speaker is a box in a metal pole with no overhang above the speaker. Could not hear a word through the speaker and got soaked ordering for 3 people. Order was correct but had to ask staff to confirm 3 times simply as I could not hear them. Avoid the drive thru until they fix this issue.

Nothing like a crunchy, fresh cooked corn dog with onion rings & a root beer with travelling up Ronald Regan Blvd on my way back to Sanford.

I have been here and reviewed before. I had a less than pleasurable experience last time but, this time was better. The service was friendly and great, just slower than other Sonic's I have been to. Food was good amd as expected.
