Sonic Drive-In, Jacksonville FL

Terrible.all the drive up screens were closed! We were told to go through drive thru only to wait in line and when it was our turn we were told to wait 15 mins before ordering! We left

I love Sonic but the one I went to on Beach Blvd in Jacksonville was permanently closed. I hope I can find another one nearby as I miss their corn dogs and they have the best ice ever. Paired with their styrofoam cups, it lasts forever. I call it Sonic Bionic Ice. Getting a Route 44 unsweetened ice tea with extra ice during happy hour is a personal favorite.

This location absolutely has horrible service and food quality. They are always out of items and the order never is right. Went here the other day they said the kitchen is closed we are only serving drinks. You might as well close down. Dont waste your time.

I live about 4/6 minutes away from this store location. I’ve arrived to this store 3 different nights in the past week, only to be told they are closed each visit due to all reason that don’t make since.i arrived at 10: 58pm on august 4th couldnt be served because manager was outside and nobody to make order was inside 11: 15pm august 10th because they had to take a break & 11: 20 august 18th because minor want home early. I’m at manger at Wendy’s (3910 University Blvd W Jacksonville, FL 32217 United States) I’ve ran my shift 5: 30am-5: 30pm with three ppl before there is no excuse why it can’t be done for a hour. So when asked for a number to speak with he the guy in the said oh closed the door made himself drinks and left out the other door. When ain’t the manager in red via phone call she proceeded to hang up so i called multiple times watching her hit the end button she locks all doors and ignored me then came outside threatening to send me to jail if i didnt leave the property. This is unacceptable and if nothing is done by her actions i will go higher into your industry to get a solution! I’ve proved pictures is the facility as well as my call log. NEVER AGAIN! NOT RECOMMENDED

Sat at the stall for 25 minutes and not one person said a thing, took our orders, nothing! Drive through backed up because they're talking 10+ minutes per car

Got a Chilli cheese dog. Girl at window name is knowledge. Service was a lot better than my last visit. Food was quick and hot. Chilli dog little salty but was good. Next visit just need to provide plastic fork. Did not get peppermint have they dtop9 giving them out?

Three times that I've come during my lunch I've been told that they are not taking any more orders I was there today waited about 10 minutes before I got to the speaker when I got to the speaker I was told it would be 10 more minutes before they could take any orders and then I was told that they were no longer taking any orders the food is good but however this is very inconvenient especially since I only have a 30 minute lunch break the service time there is very bad

4 out of the last 5 times we went to this location we were told either that they were "understaffed and not taking orders" or that the "kitchen was closed" and they were "only serving drinks". I've never heard of such a ridiculous situation before. This location either needs to close permanently or find a staff worth the paycheck who want to work instead of just standing around.

Supposedly EVERY time I attempt to go at night they tell me they don't have any ice cream.yeah okay!
Or they'll say they aren't doing shakes. At times it's even been an hour or more before they even close. Then they don't even refund the money I had already paid through the app! Twice that's happened.

They need to either fix the speaker or get someone who can hear well. I ordered a large banana milkshake with extra babana, no whipped cream and added cherries. By time I got my order and was able to take a sip, I realized it was a vanilla shake with no cherries. I paid well over $6 for the wrong milkshake. I will start going back to Smoothie King for their banana boat smoothies.same price but they get it right.

Love this sonic service was amazing food was hot n ready.love the pretzels. The workers that helped me they were very respectful. 10/10 would go there again they were great

Samantha was rude. We ordered 5 combos and only for 4 of the Fries came with the order. When we asked for the fries, the manager, Samantha, had an attitude abt giving us our last fries. She was rude and slow. Food was good though
