I ordered a Route 44 on my app at 7: 34! Checked in at 7: 36! I received my drink at 7: 54! Almost 20 minutes! I pressed the red button 4 TIMES and no one answered. Finally Mia brought my drink out and said I ordered extra ice AND easy ice? How do you do that? Then I have my drink handed to me and told “I’m not sure what’s going on”. This is not the first time I have had an issue like this here.

Got there at 11: 27PM, website says they close at 12: 00. Pushed the button and waited several minutes for a rude voice to come and and say they close at 11: 00. You could see several of them inside joking around. Very unprofessional and rude.

Had the new garlic burger which was very tasty but a bit greasy. Just be careful when eating because it will drip.

Went to this location at 10pm ordered on app before we arrived an paid. When we got there an checked in an employee came out an said there were no ice cream or frozen drinks. AND WE NEVER GOT A REFUND, EVEN CALLED MANAGER

It WAS chilly Monday Morning & 2days b4 Full Moon & sleep deprived.

I ordered my USUAL #19 w/bacon/ TOTS/StrwB Sw Tea.
? Tots were? BUT. I told the "carhop" (WHEN she brought my receipt bk, my tots were ️. She went in & I guess the manager came out & ask what was wrong, I said, feel these, ARE they hot.they responded, NO. I'll bring u out a fresh order w/ coupons for ur troubles.

Didn’t know chicken jerky was even possible. They gave me the oldest, driest piece of chicken I have ever seen. Didn’t even eat any of my food including the drink or cheddar peppers I ordered because, ya know, not trying to get food poisoning since the clearly dont care. Disappointed to say the least.

I am currently here, I only ordered one burger, have watched multiple people come in after me, and leave well before me. Very disheartening

I've come to this location 2 times 2 HOURS before closing and both times they have told me they did have ice cream because they closed down the ice cream machine for cleaning. Why are you closing the ice cream machine 2 hours before closing? That is most of your menu. I've given up on this place.

Good food and good service. Just an FYI this Sonic does NOT have a drive thru, you have to park and order so may not be best for someone in a hurry.

Almost every drive up was out of order or off. Very obnoxious. I love Sonic and this was my first time coming to this location but I’m glad it was out of my way. Won’t be going back again

I enjoyed my cherry slush and corn dogs. That was my BD lunch and since I've been up here in the nursing home I haven't a cherry slush in 3 yrs. Even my CNA drivers got a cherry slush. Thank you

Third time we’ve tried coming here in the past couple weeks. Every time they tell us “there’s been a big order and it’ll be 20 min before they can even take our order” then they just ghost us at the window. Have never actually successfully gotten food at this location. One other customer actually knocked on the window and offered to go in there and help if it meant they could actually get food at this place! If you’re that short staffed, you shouldn’t be in business.

My lovely girlfriend and I went to sonic last night. Food was great as expected. But before we got our food they brought us some food asking us what did we order. Im guessing something went wrong with their machine on the inside. And the food they brought wasn't ours at 1st.

Update 5/16/21: I give up on you Sonic. I called this time, after driving there twice before only to find out it was closed. They were open but did not know how long they would be open for (weird, but ok). I drove there and the system was down. They could not take orders. There is a Steak n Shake and Marble Slab down the street; I just go there now.

I went this week and was told they closed at 5: 00pm and opened at 10: 00am Is that their new schedule everyday? I hope not.

Patties have gotten super thin! All I could taste is the lettuce, tomato and pickle. Not the Sonic Drive-in I grew up with. I am 59. Chocolate shake as always amazing!

First things first, my order was wrong. I ordered a number 3 combo with a caramel shake and side of chicken poppers no dipping sauce. Instead I paid for a shake, fry, and chicken poppers with ranch dipping sauce. You might say to yourself, impossible the screens all show your order. None of the screens were working and they were walking around taking orders individually. Luckily I had cash to pay for the order. I've been to this Sonic several times and never had my order wrong. I'll chalk it up to the unusual circumstances that took place. Normally everything is fine and I have no complaints. I intend to come back eventually which is the most important part since this establishment still has my business.
