Sonic Drive-In, Lake Park FL

I’m currently in the drive thru and they are out of tatter tots and fries and the manager doesn’t want to do anything to accommodate me and my family not only that he says he doesn’t know what to tell me it’s a shortage very rude! His name is Lisa and a lil he she wanna play games over people food that’s how people get hurt!

Very very bad location zero customer service or even ability to do their job! Had to wait at the drive-through for 20+ minutes in the process of taking our order and waiting for the food and then it was made incorrectly without any sauces that we asked for completely unacceptable learn how to do your job!

I used to like this location, and I waited before leaving this. Their service is absolutely terrible any more. Can't order curbside half the time. Did a mobile order, and checked in but app said was an issue and to press call button. I did. Was told drive thru only, but explained ordered on app, and it said to call. Waited 20 min after being told would be right out. Tried call button. "Drive through only" and click. So I tried again, so I could explain. Nope, same thing. Go through the drive through. "You didn't check in" I tried, it didn't work. So absolutely rude and dismissive. I refuse to ever come back to this location.

Had a bad experience here not too long ago, So, I thought maybe corporate stepped in to properly train, but no…Sat at the drive thru for 5 min and nothing! Drove by and employee was standing in the kitchen eating ice cream! I guess my days at sonic are over! Pretty pathetic with the amount of complaints about this place that corporate would do something.

My friend and I both got the hot fudge sundaes and they were absolutely delicious. They weren't made correctly the first time so they had to make them twice. Also the the containers were way too small, they had no peanuts and we never got any napkins. So it's the customer service unfortunately that's not the best but the Sundaes were absolutely scrumptious!

The young lady who took my order was nice but the food was garbage and greasy and I solid the get my timed tots that came withe the meal. If it was up to me they wouldn’t get a star at all food wise only

Hah. Sonic shakes.just when you get addicted.they change it.

I feel like an experimental pavlovs dog (not really) yes I do they advertise something and when you go there its not there anymore or you only get it once or twice.maybe I should go more often (hah). But in all seriousness the shakes are yummy and the food always hot and good.from our car this sonic gets 4 stars!

I tried sonic for the first time and was pleasantly surprised, the hot dog was tasty and huge, tots were hot and the milkshake had real (i hope) strawberry in it.will be back.

Had the new grilled cheese burger was good like a patty melt got the oreo milk shake brain freeze couldn't stop Eating it my husband loves the conny dog with tator tots just always forget its rite there

I ordered the honey barbecue popcorn chicken. The chicken was good just wished it had more sauce on it

I was shocked when a coney dog cost $6.00 as I can go to 7/11 and get a chilly cheese dog bigger then there’s for under $2.00

I get it. You shouldn’t have high expectations for customer service at a fast food place. But there’s a level of human competency that you expect when ordering anything from any business, and this place is missing the mark.

Cheeseburger was good but needed more lettuce? And the banana pudding shake was discontinued never got a chance to taste one ever

Called ahead of time to adjust the pickup time on my order as I was going to be 10 min late. The person who answered the phone was friendly and even though my order hadn’t shown up on her side yet, she made sure to cook things a little later for me so nothing was cold when I got there. Really appreciate the help!

Grandbaby a corn dog and tater tots sweet iced tea it's always good to her something different every now and then besides McDonald's

Every now again all I want is to treat myself to a soft pretzel. Pulled up to a stall and the woman on the speaker was extremely rude, and told me she was not serving the spot I was parked in. There were no signs anywhere indicating any of the stalls were closed. This location is quit small too, they only have stalls on one side of the building. I don’t understand how crossing over a few feet to another section is that hard. Either way, the fact I had to change stalls was no big deal at all, it’s the way the employee told me. Trash customer service

The place was closed There was no one there but the app let me order ahead and now I can't get my order but they already charged my credit card. Bad experience.
