My granddaughter and I go there after school and she said that the staff there deserve a raise consider their work and how polite they are

I received a Half full order of very cold and stale fries. Burger patties were not the normal size I believe they were kid size Pattie’s. Teeny tiny patties! The dining tables outside were all dirty and the Cement walkways are horrid. Dark staining and it looks like a very soggy garbage bag was drug across it. Very very dirty.

Went for after dinner shakes. They already had the ice cream machine shut down at 7pm, when they were going to be open until midnight.

I've always got good food there but the people that work the drive thru need to learn how to count change. My order was $8.82 and I gave her a $20 dollar bill, she gave me 12 cents back. I realized that was not right so I told her and then she said Oh.and handed me the rest of my change $11.00. She still shorted me 6 cents. It's obviously not about the coins but I kinda think she tried to keep my $11.after I got to thinking about it

Just got lunch from there a simple chicken strip dinner and the only thing edible was the toast!
The chicken tater tots and onion ring were nothing bust grease the chicken looks old and nasty and I was really looking forward to this oh well lesson learned.

Picking up an Uber eats order at 9: 40-10pm and I’m the only one in line and haven’t received my order to deliver. Maybe if the staff wasn’t on their phones in plain site they would get work done!

The cherry limeade is well known for being good.
Burgers are good.
Be careful how you order a burger. If you want an item left off your burger, be specific. Don't say plain cheese burger or you'll get a bun, patty, and cheese.
Name ALL you want on the burger.
Seems simple til they hear wrongly what you are asking for.

Almost comically bad service for at least the last two years. I swear they do everything they can to intentionally drive customers away. Not even worth the trouble.

Was sad to see that it was drive through only want want but my sister and I got back in the truck looked at the menu got in line they wouldn't even do walk up her or anything like that you had to do drive through I think they didn't have enough employees so that's why they had to be very strict about drive-through only otherwise you would probably not have gotten good service or anything like that so you know they had to do what they had to do and understanding that I was perfectly fine with drive-thru because I was still able to get my chili cheese footlong hot dog so I was a very happy camper thank you very much and it was really good too so I probably should have put more stars on their review

I ordered two burgers a double bacon with lettuce and tomato and a regular double with lettuce, tomato, pickle. What I received was two burgers with no tomatoes, soggy lettuce and no bacon on the #3 that I ordered and paid extra for! When I buzzed the lady and told her I was missing the bacon and tomato off of the burgers she brought out a container of tomato and bacon and expected us to put it on our own sandwich. I didn’t order it to make it myself, when confronting the lady again she argued that I had not asked her to Re make the sandwich, so we asked politely for her to remake it. Only one burger was Re made and given to us in the most sloppy way possible. For this, we don’t know if we will be able to trust this location, their food, and customer service again. This experience has left us traumatized and with a bad aftertaste.

We ordered two limeades and they were prepared poorly and tasted terrible so that was money down the sink all 3 employees were sitting outside goofing off so I don’t believe the female even washed her hands she couldn’t wait to dash back outside and goof of some more she was rude

If you are drive-thru only, then at least put it on the video display for all to see when parked in a spot waiting to order. Also, please fix the ice cream machine. Thanks.

Everytime me and my wife go the order is always wrong. Today I went and the grill and the fryer are down no food!? Really!? Worst location ever!
Wow, it's been 4 years since I've been to this Sonic location. And when I went to go get slushes for my daughters the girl dropped the lid on the floor and put it on the cup when I requested a new slush she turned around for 2 seconds turn back around and handed me the same cup as if I were stupid, worst location ever!

Went there later than expected for a quick bite but was not very fresh.seemed like food was an afterthought. Burger (requested without cheese) was supposed to come with Lettuce Tomatoe and onions but was just a small overcooked patty on a bun. They did fix the issue but still not very tasty. Soggy stuck bun for the chili dog.

I pulled in, ordered a burger. Waited over 30 minutes until I finally asked. Worker yelled at me, said she gave my burger to #10 spot, didn't read screen right, said I'm at #18, I actually was at #19, she was confused and blamed ME for ordering via machine where parked. But other customers had no problems getting food way after me
But yelling at me! When I was t angry etc. Little did she know, my burger was $5.10, and I had a $4.90 tip!
Then she said/ yelled I'll make you a burger right. Ow or do you want a refund. I said I'm not going to eat here! She said I'll refund you then. Guess what guys. I hadn't paid yet! Are you you really that STUPID? I immediately left and called corporate demanding to look at video and hear the audio.

Don't eat there guys. Anyone sooooooooo rude, hostile, that forgetful with everything. Do you really think the kitchen is clean? Do you you enjoy food made with careless and anger and a total negative hostile person delivering it to you? I'm glad she didn't my 50% tip, I didn't risk my life eating more than likely bad posion food.
I only have a middle finger to these guys

I will not be back the black lady that worked there was rude and not cool to me she told me I could not come in here. Cuz I was homeless I will never ever be back agrin there
