Sonic Drive-In, Palm Bay FL

Order was messed up- Missing fries but they corrected drink mess up @ window. Server was nice. Kids meal chicken tender NOT cooked thru.

I dont know what isn't wrong with this location. Worst sonic ive ever been to honestly. There is usually always some issue, but this last time was the last time I'll ever go. Just poor service, poor food and they always mess up the order. Find somewhere else, not worth the money you spend or the time you spend waiting.

Never got any Sonic foods. Decided to try it yesterday. I won’t try it again! I was there about 2: 15 in the afternoon. Got a cheeseburger, fries, and coke. I was hungry so I tried a few fries on the way home. They must have been under a heat lamp for hours! They were shriveled up, dry and chewy! They all ended up in the garbage. I didn’t think it was possible to screw up French fries. Boy, was I wrong! Sure hope that something changes there, but I won’t be coming to see if it does!

Very upset! I had a terrible experience today with sonic. It took a 1/2 hour to be able to get my food at the drivethrough with a hungry two-year-old and a six-year-old.

They were out of everything I asked for.
How are you out of onion rings and buns?
I settled for a corn dog.and it was so so.
The cashier was slow, and we waited a long time to get our food.
We won't be going back.

After ordering, wait in line for 10+ minutes for food that is limp and thrown together and just looks and tastes awful. Used to love sonic but our family will never go again. This has happened too many times.

Worst place ever and not sanitary. Stopped there on my way home from the dr with my girls and they gave the truck in front of me someone else's food. They then tried to give that food to me. I handed it back and she put the bag with the correct ticket. When I told her she need to throw it away she told me she would. After that I left, I didn't want any food from them. I waited before I fully pulled out and the girl gave the same bag that was now in 2 different vehicles to the car behind me. Absolutely disgusting. Will never eat here again. The kids working need to do better even if it isn't the best job.

They need a lot of help with employees and service. I understand its a under appreciated job, so i hope the leadership can improve the work environment, and maybe the employees will step up

The drive through screens and mics always seem to be broken, and the service and prep time us so slow at this location.

But I keep coming back only for the strawberry slush, cause even though it's a crazy wait for only a single drink, they really make it perfect at this location.

My family & I ate there this evening and was not impressed. Dining room was absolutely filthy, restrooms dirty and paper towel dispenser wasn't working. Food was not hot but Luke warm. We usually go to the Sonic on Babcock which we love. But tonight we just happened to be closer to this one.

I don’t normally write reviews but this felt like it needed it. I’m not sure if they’ve been having system issues or what but 4 separate times I’ve gone here at various times and they’ve told me every time that they aren’t taking orders. Most recently, I went today at 3: 40 pm and they said they weren’t taking any orders at this time. And I asked about placing online and they said no. Just seems really inconvenient for them to randomly stop taking orders throughout the day.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Pulled up to the drive through. Was told we are not taking orders. There were cars waiting for orders ahead of me. I got off the line and noticed the car that pulled in behind me was being served. I called the store to ask what happened and the very rude employee said I don't know what you want me to do. We are short staffed. I asked so you are picking and choosing who you serve today. She said "yeah totally" and hung up on me. I called back to get her name and they refused to give it to me. I watched 5 other cars go through and get service as this was transpiring. Unbelievable the amount of disrespect I was shown. No manager on site to even Resolve the issue. It honestly seemed like a bunch of kids we're in there doing Whatever they wanted.

Gross. The fries and onion rings were sugary flavored - very obviously fried in the same oil as French toast sticks. They smelled and tasted terrible. Fries container was only half-filled. Bacon on sandwiches wasn't strips, just some crumbles and lettuce was old - brown and wilted. Will not be going back here.

Sat in the drive through at 11: 15. Workers ignored drive through. Pulled up and she was just chatting with someone she was friends with in the car. Waited another 5 minutes. Left. Poor service.

Every single time I go to the drive thru the staff has zero clue what's going on and I sit there for literally 5 minutes before I have to pull around to give them my order. Staff is beyond weak

First off missing food. Second hot dog wasn't cooked at all. This is not acceptable restaurant business practice. Plus no recipe. Someone not doing there job.

The terrible and rude attention.and the gourmet portions for a fast food. I don't think they apply
