Sonic Drive-In, Pinellas Park FL

I ordered online and park as directed. I pressed the call button and waited 10 minutes before anyone answered. I told them i ordered online and they said it’ll be right out. 30 minutes later still nothing. I pressed the call button again and waited another 10 minutes. When I got my food my shake was melted, my nuggets weren’t sauced, and then I got food poisoning.

Service was terrible! Our order was to be ready at a certain time and 20 min later we were still waiting! When we finally got order it was wrong so we waited 25 min longer for ONE drink!

Worst place ever girl who took my order couldn't wait for me to stop ordering and didn't even put my order in right. I tried to correct it but other workers were not helpful so I just left without my order.

Drive In Sonic Experience. The nostalgic feel of a Drive In is FUN. Foot long Chili Dog, Tater Tots with cheese and a Dr Pepper. Lots of food, drink, and treat options.

All Food arrived cold - corn dogs, hamburger and fries which were not even chewable. Slush drinks were warm and the one with cream was watery. Really don’t know how this location stays in business.

Are YOU serious!? Even though my order was delivered within 25 minutes it was ALL Cold! FF tastes a day old! You need to rethink having delivery! In 15-20 minutes it certainly can’t get SO Cold. Buyers Beeare!

I tasted the tater tots as soon as they brought me my order & they were not hot. Wasn't happy about that. Burger was good but so sloppy because they put too much mayo on it. Onions were cut in big pieces instead of in rings. Didn't like that either.

I went and got two hot dogs. There was a piece of plastic in one of my hot dogs causing me to choke. Thankfully, i know how to perform the heimlich on myself. I've reported the incident, but super scary.

UPDATE: left a message with corporate day if the incident and filed a report with the store. Haven't heard from anyone

I’ve been coming to this location for years, but something has changed in the last year or so and the service has just plummeted. It’s not unusual to wait half an hour for food. Three of the last six times I’ve been here part of the order was either made incorrectly or something was missing. It’s difficult to get a representative to follow up when there is an issue. And the outside of the restaurant looks filthy.

I won’t be coming to this location for a while. Hopefully it improves.

Food this day was bad, I waited and the food was still cold, The order was incomplete as well.

Waited in the drive threw at the speaker for 20 minutes. Not one word, when I pulled around no one seemed to care. Will never come back to this location.

Sonic had really degraded. Food was nasty and the drinks are too. What happened? I'm cannot go to this place anymore. Waste of money seriously

App orders have been horrid my last 2 visits. I understand shortages but simply let the customers know or send us to the drive thru. Wait time for 15+ minutes over the app arrival time.

Extremely slow service and very rude staff. The manager or whoever didn’t even take her time to greet me at the window or say anything. She completely ignored me and just handed me my sundae.

Decided to go to Sonic to get that old school delivered to your car window action. Ended up waiting ten minutes and getting told that they're only doing drive thru. I had my first Chili dog turned out to be very good. So, no old school but good food.

I would give 0 stars to he honest. I asked for a strawberry slushy add lemon. It’s literally ice and no flavor. I waited 30 minutes just for 2 slushies and snickers blast. It wasn’t busy at all. Im extremely dissatisfied.
