We showed up at 8: 30 PM. All the lights were on and the screens were on. We waited for about 12 minutes but nobody answered to take our orders.

Eventually, I got out of the car to investigate. Despite all the interior lights being on, not a single employee was to be found. There were about 5 other cars waiting as well, we were all confused why the location had been utterly abandoned but left looking like it was open.

This was exceptional disappointment.

Everything was great except pricing. We're all getting slammed with inflation pricing and deflation but some places are taking advantage and Sonic's pricing is RIDICULOUS! 4 corn dogs, 2 small tots, 1 small shake and 1 medium blast cost over $36

My recent experience at Sonic left much to be desired. The service was disappointingly slow, and the employees were shockingly rude.

Drive-thru orders took an eternity to be prepared and delivered. It felt like an endless wait, even for a simple meal.

What was even more disheartening was the attitude of the staff. They seemed disinterested, and their lack of courtesy was evident.

It's unfortunate because Sonic is known for its fun and retro vibes, but my experience was anything but enjoyable. The lack of efficiency and basic customer service was a letdown.

In summary, the slow service and rude employees made my visit to Sonic a rather frustrating one. It's a reminder that even in fast-food joints, a pleasant customer experience should never be compromised.

Jessica is amazing and so sweet.appreciated her efforts in keeping this establishment running in decent timing. Just can only hope she gets compensated correctly for her efforts.

We used the drive-in service. Took awhile to get our order. $11 each for a hamburger combo, pricey. They were out of onion rings, the fries were good (not salted), burgers were lukewarm, limeade drink was sprite with a slice of lime in it. We’ll go to Wendy’s or Burger King next time.

The young man with the blueish green hair was amazing! Food was fresh.we ate outside at the tables instead of using the drive thru and we're asked multiple times how things were and if we needed anything. Better service than I've received from sit down resturants. Would definitely recommend. The pretzels and cheese are the best!

Long wait. Had the chicken bacon toaster sandwich. Bread not toasted. No bacon.
Asked 3 times for napkins. Never got them

It looks a little rough the storm took its toll on this place. But the food was hot and fast and most importantly correctly made.

This is just sad! Looks like its dying and the staffs here are look like they need a new job

Worse, cold burger I have ever gotten from a Sonic. Paid for add er d bacon, had to look for it. And, the boy at the window asked me if I wanted my change from my cash (it was only around. 20 but? !?).

Even ordering on the app it's always a longing wait. 15 mins for 2 small cold brews. With an empty parking lot. Every time. Crazy thing is you can see the wandering employees through the door farting around on the phone and socializing.

Pretty frustrating experience with app shutting down with an error, website not working properly, and black/blank screen when trying to order. ~20 min wait for 3 kids meals when not busy. Nice attendant said just 1 cook in kitchen. If kids weren't set on it I would have left. If that wasn't enough, the grounds and restroom were the worst I have ever seen. Comparable to a run down gas station in a bad neighborhood. For what it's worth, kids thought the food was good. I will not come again.

It's still a good place to go. Love the orange cream slush, which is my favorite.
Totally recommend it.

Ordered from Uber eats and it was missing a burger toppings were wrong on the burger that did make it. Sausage burrito was so skimpy. The tots were half full. I've never had a issue with a sonic till now.
