Bad food, my mom wanted to go eat at Sonic so bad, they don’t have it in Miami Beach florida, she came to visit, I took her to sonic her experience was so bad.
Is sad they hired bad employee sad for the business.

So this morning my husband and I took our daily trip over to sonic and we were just so blown away by the customer service that we received from Dustin! We ordered our food on the app as we usually do and when we arrived, our food was hot, fresh and ready and he brought our meal to us with a big smile on his face, which to me is surprising it being 7 AM on a holiday! Justin went above and beyond our expectations and we will continue to be loyal customers to the Sonic in particular for many years to come. Thanks Dustin and keep up the hard work. It definitely shows and it’s definitely appreciated.

Sat in the car parking area. I love their hot dogs. I rarely go anymore, but it’s always a fav when I’m hungry and in the area.

They messed up my order completely. I waited 20 min. They did fix my order and made the entire situation correct. However it almost cost me to be back to work late. Also the food and drink wasn't even worth it. I am definitely not impressed.
The staff is super nice and very apologetic. I just believe the manager need help with training of new employees. The staff has unfortunately been set up for failure.

We waited 20 minutes before I had to ask for my shakes. Then they gave us paper straws that didn’t work so we couldn’t even drink our shakes until we got home. Poor service all around

How do you guys run this place? I need to know because it's insane that two drinks took 40 minutes to get to me with maybe 5-6 other cars on the lot as a whole

Drove up to order at a kiosk, after hitting the button to order, someone responded and I attempted to place my order, I asked a question about availability of a limited time item with no response. 5-10 mins wait with still no response or acknowledgement of my order so I left and won’t be returning

Decent. Texas toast not toasted.burger was good but sloppy. Coney was great and my wife’s buffalo nuggys were great too.

This Sonic had the worst service I’ve went to. The first row of speakers didn’t work. After driving around to the side, we were able to order. We decided to eat on the patio and the concrete was disgusting. I didn’t even want to walk on it. A good power wash every now and then would have helped.

As I stood in front of the building after sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes and pressing the order button right in front of this woman in the window and some kid in the back ground as I attempted to order food for my mother in law literally not even kidding 40 minutes later I’m utterly disgusted with how this establishment is run and managed, there’s no way you run a business like this.

My food was terrible. It was greasy and just after one bite it felt like I was literally clogging up my arteries. It is just the most unhealthy greasy fatty food I have ever tried to eat or feed my family. I ended up wasting $28 throwing almost all of it away. Even my drinks that I ordered at the soda or something they used was out. They tasted like tonic water. Complete waste of $28. I will never return!

I just had a very very wonderful experience in this Sonic. Even though they were very busy and it was late I still received awesome awesome service from Michael. My strawberry slushie was so refreshing and the strawberries tasted so fresh in it. Even though Michael was very busy he did a great job of multitasking and paying attentive to all customers at drive-thru and and CarHop I will definitely be back again thanks for the great service Michael

They charged me $40 for a thing of popcorn chicken. The people working there probably don’t have an education past the 3rd grade.

My last two visits i enjoyed one of the most underrated fast food hamburgers ever! The bacon cheese double blows so many other fast food burgers out of the park! I add jalapenos to mine and it is fantastic! The tots are better than most fries you can get as well.my only struggle is trying to get mustard with my order, i have to ask the servers multiple times to get mustard for some reason.i especially enjoy the fact that my daughter finishes her whole meal here and not other fast food chains:)

Have been waiting for my refund and i haven’t received it’s been a week or more now… also can’t get through the lines always busy!
