So… I ordered a Route 44 diet Dr Pepper with vanilla and cream. Delicious! But when I finished it and open the glass so I could see how much ice there was. I saw a little bug hanging out on the ice. So I would be careful next time you go in I would check your ice and if you’re reading this and you’re the restaurant management you need to clean your ice bins once a week and wipe everything down, and then double check every day for bugs because that is nasty

Reeses PB shake was nothing more than ice cream put in a cup with crushed PB cups on top, no frills or taste. $9, I could have gotten 3 gal of ice cream and PB cups to turn me diabetic. It took 2 min to get 2 large shakes and never even brought us spoons or straws or napkins, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, better valu at steaknshake or Walmart, NEVER COMING BACK to SONIC, rip off.rest in peace, Sonic.wish I could give less than one star.

Absolutely hate everything about this place i watched a customer and worker bullied a girl for not understanding something on her first day they laughed and yelled at her people help and understand not make fun of someone who doesn’t understand something especially on their first day working we need a better environment and people nobody deserves to be treated like that.

Currently The service is proper. While most of the menu has nice taste, I will always get the tater tots or jalapeno cheddar bites as the side. While the honey mustard works, please bring back the SWEET ASIAN CHILI SAUCE.

The chicken hamburger was overcooked and the meat too! It seems that it was already cooked for a long time! Service ok

Had to go to 3 different order kiosks before an employee could actually hear me so I could order. Took 25+ minutes for food to come out. Trash cans outside are over flowing with trash. Both bathrooms look like they have been pried open multiple times and are covered in graffiti.

25 minutes waiting and nothing no food or anything this place it's hilarious there super slow I end up leaving and it's not the first time but will be my last

Person answering the headset today is terrible. Either get them some help or have them cook instead

I just waited over 30 minutes after placing my order and nobody came. Their ordering/payment screens are broken as well.

Food is ok for the price. Staff is pretty nice.company needs to fix the order boards that are not working

First time picking up lunch for myself and coworkers. Customer service was AMAZING! Great staff, accurate and fresh food. Guy who delivered my food was extremely professional and had a strong attention to detail.

I would have given them 5 stars had it not been for the staff blatantly ignoring me for over 10 mins or at least 4 stars. It was an hour till closing. There was 3 people working. All went well when I ordered my food 45 mins prior, I even left a tip. I wanted to add a slushy before leaving. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first thinking maybe there was something wrong with the call button. So I tried the one next to it. Then I drove around the building twice thinking there was an actual drive through. I got out of my car several time to see if I saw anyone. Which I did. It appeared as though they were cleaning. I tried the call again. Finally after being ignored for over 10 mins I left. Ridiculous! There was no need for that.

I ordered 2 classic cheese burgers and I added bacon on both, they badly burned the bacon on both. It was raining so I didn't go back to have it fixed

This place is so severely understaffed. I arrived and pushed the button to place my order and waited about 5 minutes before somebody quickly came on and said "one second". I'm patient but I waited about 10 minutes with nobody coming back before I decided to leave. Management really needs to support their business with more Staffing

Went here last night. I’ve been to many sonics all over NJ, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New York. This has been my favorite one. The shake we ordered came out perfect. Tasted amazing, and the staff was super friendly. We will be sure to come visit again once we are back in Florida.

Placed a pickup 20 minutes ahead of time, they asked me to wait by the door instead of my car and I waited another 30 minutes there for them to bring out my incorrect order, also the entire area smelled like sewage.

Waited over 25 minutes for # 5 meal that’s it! Should never take this long for food at a fast food place
