This location the most uncouth woman working there by the name of Vanessa her boorish attitude was the definition of how not to treat any customer. Be better not bitter

The place is a dump. I've never had such disturbingly poor service in my life the lady taking my order was rushing me for my order and literally asking every five seconds, "Will that be all. " I have literally never been compelled to right a terrible review immediately after leaving in my life

Food was good. Cant say the same about the service though. They need to work on their customer service skills to provide better service. Remember the customer is always right.

Drive-thru window ignored four cars. Inside is disgusting. It was really slow inside to get a simple order of ice cream. Attached picture says it all.

Poor hygiene. Watched staff sweep orange gunge/slime on the floor kitchen floor. The dining area needed sweeping and mopping. Hotdogs tasted awful, but the milkshake was ok

Stopped while traveling. I was surprised this was a walk in sonic. Lots of seating outside. The young lady who was working today was great. The gentleman who brought me out the food was also polite. I watched both clean up a giant mess a group of young men left. Those customers ignored the trash can 10 ft away. There was a whole mess and they took care of it.
The bathroom needs painting. The entire property needs better upkeep, and I don't mean cleaning.
The worst part though that really bothered me was the sign from management behind the counter telling the cashier they couldn't sit. I'm sorry but that's just ridiculous. There is absolutely no reason a cashier shouldn't be able to sit. Makes me wonder what their turnover rate is. Quality staff, like I saw today, deserve to be able to sit down if there is no reason they need to be standing.

When throw the drive through expected of fruit punch? Then look at it till I got where I was going. And I had a Coca-Cola.

This Sonic location is actually pretty cool because not only does it have the classic Sonic Drive-In Model along with drive thru… It also has an enclosed dine-in and an outdoor patio space! Very fancy Sonic down here!

Not a good experience.
Atlanta was great, this one left me never wanting to go to Sonic again.

It took fifteen minutes for someone to answer the stall we used, and when we *did* get an answer, the person was almost unintelligible. Multiple mistakes on our order that we had to confirm, reconfirm and then still didn't get fixed. The place wasn't busy - maybe four or five other cars? Absolutely abysmal experience, even for a fast food place.

The food was cold, my family paid around $70 total for us to eat. We didn't like the Tenders, the Tenders tasted burn in bad oil, hot dog was very dry, chicken sandwich was old and hard like, tots&fries was not fresh tasted horrible. I won't be going back.

I used to travel to get Sonic before it became local, when they embodied the 50's nostalgia and would skate to your car. I was excited when this location was built. But now, you can hardly tell if it's open. The dining room and outdoor patio beach area could use a revamp. However, what continues to bring me here are the coupons, discounts, and advertising. The food is okay, and the drinks are good on a hot day. The buffalo chicken bites are really good, and so are the corn dogs.

I love Sonic but this was the first time I got a Sonic blast where the pieces were only sprinkled on top and there was none in the rest of it, it was all vanilla ice cream and it didn't have the bananas topping I paid extra money for.

The building could have some major noticeable improvements, not much complaints about the food as it was pretty neat.

I've been to this location a couple of times, and something is off with the flavor of their Slushies. I usually get the red bull or powerade slushy, but they taste like it's mixed with dishwater /tap water! So either the water filter needs to be changed immediately or something in the slushy machine is not being cleaned properly! Please investigate!

Pros: Service is fast and convenient via mobile orders, so that is a plus for this location.

Pretty basic but overpriced but cheaper than the Hard Rock stadium if you are going to a concert. Don't have Sonic where I am from in the Northeast and once you walk in it looks like you are in someone's garage ordering food and you don't see how they cook it or prepare it. Staff girl was super nice.

No adults in the building. Ordered online 20 minutes before arriving. Told them I was there for a pickup order, waited 30 minutes, asked again, waited another 20 to go inside where they said they had it ready then came back and said they can’t find the order and will have to make it again. Then came out with 3 wrong orders. None of the staff seemed to care I had been sitting there an hour and ignored me unless I asked for their attention. I love sonic and this is the only one within 45 minutes from my house which is a shame.

They didn’t put any of the sauces that came with my buffalo chicken bites or mozzarella sticks so had to eat those dry. Put no napkins either in the bag. No care for servicing costumers. Also my slushy was like frozen ice with no coconut flavor like I ordered. The nerds was all I rated. I coulda went to racetrack and got a cup of ice and put a box of nerds in it and that’s what this is.
