Sonny's BBQ, New Port Richey FL

I ordered ribs the order was smaller than last time they did not put in BBQ sauce or corn bread and coleslaw was so small like 2 taps.

Sonny's is really good if your looking for a home cook BBQ feeling while eating out then Sony's is the one for you there food is always nice and hot I would definitely recommend eating there.

Late with food just left smh been going to sonny's for a very long time. Now I will no longer spend money there I have spent well over 40 grand over the years sad to say. But I will never step foot in one again.

Placed a take out order tonight the Family feast. After getting home noticed the food was portion a bit on the smaller side. Thought we'll that's happening every where these days but then after looking into the chicken it was undercooked. We called the location and brought the food back and they gave us a new order. The portions were on point. The chicken had a couple of pieces that still looked slightly undercooked. The ribs and brisket just didn't taste like I remember the last time I ate there. I know chains have changed vendors I just wonder if this was the case or the fact I had to return to get a order that should have happened the first time.
Keeping this in mind the next time we spend our hard working money on take out.
Thank you to the team for reacting quickly to our concerns but I was just very unhappy overall with the food. Gave the 2 stars because the team that helped me seemed understanding.

Price per amount was not worth it tasted like fake bbq but what can uounexpect from chain trhing to be the equivalent of a mcdonalds

Tried calling to maybe have my order issue resolved as they did charge me for everything I asked but did not have everything I asked for. Missing about 2 sides and my loaded fries with meat came with no meat.

Bought take out. Seems that the chicken was better than other Sonnys I have been too. Wasn't as dry. No problems with the order, and will go back.

Do yourself a huge favor never go to this sethis is the 3rd time that this has happened and I gave them a break the 1st time and the 2nd time but now this is the 3rd time I place an online order it's an online order at least the 1st 2 times I only had to wait 30 minutes past when the order should have been ready this time my order was supposed to be ready at 5: 33 p.m. I didn't get my food until 6: 31 p.m. Almost an hour late I sat in the parking lot for almost an hour. Please do yourself a favor and go to a different barbecue place

Order was wrong got fries not baked potato. No bbq sauce. I mean bbq without sauce. Talked to manager and said I’ll talk to my employees. Didn’t offer to fix the order. I’ll be telling everyone about this. Great job new port richey sonnys. NOT. I just want to waste my hard earned money and get screwed over

Great food and customer service. If you are ordering take out, save the aggravation and make sure everything you ordered us in the bag.

Tonight's service was horrendous, but the manager went above and beyond to make it better. Good taste fantastic as always

We had a party that Sonny’s catered this past weekend and it was excellent. Everything came as requested they did a great job thank you guys.

Good food, fast service, manager came around & checked on us.but most of all our server Spencer was very personable, knowledgeable of menu items and served with a smile! Thank you for making our date night right!

A bit dry but the flavor on the ribs was good! I didn't like the sides! No seasonings! Will definitely give the ribs another try!

My husband and I shared the platter that had the ribs, brisket, pulled pork & chicken. All of the meat was good but I was disappointed in the chicken cause it was merely roasted and not smoked.
