Sonny's BBQ, Titusville FL

I ordered the sample platter and it Fed me 4 meals at a great price thank you, I have been telling everyone about it

Great customer service, but the food is trash. I got cold brisket but it came back heated and seasoned differently, the chicken was dry and flavorless and the fries were either way over cooked or raw, such a disappointment

The staff here is awesomely friendly, but the food was Sonnys and you get what you get. Food is always hit or miss and today was a miss but the service made up for the over cooked food. The ribs and chicken wi gs were dry and hard like they been on the grills all day. But the location gets a 5 star and the food gets a 2 star.

Wonderful place. We made the mistake of thinking it was fast casual like Mission BBQ and our server helped us get out quickly. Coral was so nice. The food was amazing. Pulled pork sandwiches that tasted wonderful even without BBQ sauce! And a perfect sweet potato. Thanks Sonny’s!

It was our first time there it was good food. Morgan was very patient with us and she answer all our questions, we will be going back

It was my first time ever going to Sonny's BBQ, the smoked turkey sandwich and lemonade was awesome!

So, to be honest, I have never set foot into a Sonnys. I have always gotten curbside pickup. We went recently for a curbside pickup and, like our 2 trips before, were disappointed. We ordered the Candied Bacon burger, I guess I forgot to specify that I wanted candied bacon on it since it came with none. Figured that was a given, considering that is the name of the burger. There wasn't even regular bacon, just a plain ole burger with a small amount of onion straws on it. We also ordered the pock 3 combo, with turkey, brisket, and ribs. (upcharge for brisket, and it appears recently added for the ribs). Well lets just say that it was a good thing that they loaded the bag with BBQ sauce. The ribs were so dry and almost as dry as the sliced brisket.
We tried contacting them through the feedback line on the bottom of the receipt and received no response, so It appears " corporate" cares about as little as the store itself.

Good selection of BBQ and smoked meats. Prices are reasonable. This is a come as you are place with no pretentions. Service is excellent. Drink selection is wide and varied. Enjoy!

I ordered off of Uber eats as they don’t have an option to begin with for ranch on the side so I called and they said they would throw it in the bag than I ordered Mac and cheese for the side of one of the meals and they give French fries instead even though the receipt says Mac and cheese for the meal! They even went so far as putting a fork in the bag for the non existing Mac and cheese! Not very happy the fact I spent 15$ and some change for each meal… (don’t mind the eaten egg roll that was an item they got right atleast.) This place has gotten more on the pricey side for their food, and for them to just make meals and orders rushed and ignored.

Loud. Service is always good. Food is hit or miss portion wise. Better when you eat in the restaurant otherwise pickup orders are smaller.

Restaurant was clean and in order. Staff was great and friendly and on point with food order and refilling drinks. Food was great.

No frills service, our waitress couldn't care less & the food was all pre made - horrible

I called in a curbside pickup. They said about 10 mins. It took me longer than that to get there. Once there I called inside to tell them I was there. I was hung up on. I called again and she put me on hold and then the phone called was disconnected again. It's pouring down rain and I was good to go in. Once the 2nd call was hung up I was a little mift. All I wanted Todo was let them know I was there after they took my name both times. Ugh. I finally went in and asked to speak to a manager. I wasn't happy at all with the pour customer service I received from him. I have never had an issue with this Sonny's. I told the manager on duty I'm in customer service as well. All I needed was a simple answer to my question or a response period. He didn't offer a discount or anything. I doubt I'll ever go back. I've been doing Business with Titusville for over 15 yrs. I've been loyal only to this property. Today was just sad service to say the least.
