Sophia Nail Salon, Sunny Isles Beach FL

I’m extremely picky with my nails and service. I love way Nina and Milagros do my nails. They don’t miss any details. They are right on point when it comes to making customers happy. I have been to other places is sunny isles beach and this is by far the best place. My nails were horrible before I came to see Nina right after the pandemic. She recommended the dip. Today I don’t need extensions because of that. They are long and healthy. I recommend this place without hesitation.

They quickly took care of me and the other two people I walked in with. I chose a full set and the pedicurist was very happy with my results. I'm a picky person and honestly they did a great job. I will definitely come back!

I showed the nail techs a photo on my phone and they ran with it really beautifully! Very fast and professional, and everyone here is so nice.they really take time to make sure you're happy with the design/shape/length as they're working on it.

I came in the hope that they would take away the remnants of the varnish that I tried to apply myself at home. Just plain polish. Which is stuck around the edges. As professionals they have to know how to do it. I was ready to pay for it. Not only did they not remove it, they also hurt me (it plays a role that I am sensitive). Finally they said they couldn't do it. OK, no problem. I was already leaving and they started asking me for tips. I paid but for what? For the fact that you spent a couple of minutes of your time, could not do anything, and do barely speak English? The woman that was doing my nails was acting like an emotional child. You have to understand that if you can’t do your work don’t even start it and especially wait for the tips. Another employer was so rude for screaming at me about tips when I was leaving. I have worked in places like this myself and I know that clients are not supposed to be treated like this. Do not recommend.

Dawy and Jenni, very rude people. Spoke about me in spanish, calling my feet ugly. They assumed I didnt know what they were saying. I do not recommend this type of service. Very poor, low class people work here.

They are great. Nina (owner) she's awesome and does perfect nails. Milagros (nail artist) is also one of the best doing nails. Overall I love doing my nails here.

I walked in at 12pm to make an appointment for my girlfriend and I to get a mani pedi at 4pm, when we arrived at 4pm they performed the pedi but took on too many walk in customers to then do the mani, i complained but no one seemed to care. Don’t go here go somewhere else.

WORST salon I have ever been to in my life! Jonh (I think he is the owner) is SOOOO rude to ALL customers, so disrespectful, treating others like TRASH. UNBELIEVABLE! This is not - NEARLY - the way a customer should be treated. The nails are very beautiful, but it's not worth coming here and being disrespected! Oh my god… SO FRUSTRATING!

It is the best service I have received in Miami. The girls are fast and do an excellent job, my nails were impeccable and beautiful! I left happy to have found such a warm place, the relaxed atmosphere in which they work and how good they make you feel is the best! I will always return!

5+ stars wow! Booked a Pedi for Four and they worked us all in on the same day/time with only a few hours notice. The staff is amazing and they really took their time felt more like a spa day. We’ll be back.
