I went for a wash 'n' set earlier today and they were fast and efficient! They cut my hair exactly how I asked, and it feels so soft. I'll definitely come back.

Curly girls beware…. I thought long and hard about this review before I posted. I came her in December for my birthday to get a Balayage, roller set, and style. While I love my color they severely damaged my hair. I love having curly hair and since going to this salon my hair has not reverted back. I look like I permed my hair now when I have been natural for 11+ years now. This is not my first color and even when I was blond my hair still curled. I am so disappointed, while their services are good do not go here if you have natural hair unless you are okay with losing your curls.

I was charged $15 for a half brow wax that I could've done myself and then $3 additional dollars for using my card ‍️ NEVER AGAIN! Trying to support businesses in my community got me having to spend more money at my normal spot.

Charged 20 to trim ends and didn't style. Said it was one price in the beginning and add 30 more and 3 dollars to use card.

Recently moved to Jacksonville. I’ve been looking for a good solan in the area. I think I found it. Had a relaxer touch up done. I’m happy with the results. Place nice and clean. Good atmosphere. Service was fast. Thank you guys!

I did my keratin treatment last time I was here and it came out so good. This time me n my sister in law got a haircut with layers and deep hydration treatments with a blow dry. The place is clean and professional. I highly recommend this place

They ruined my hair, they cut my hair shorter than what I asked for. They overcharged me because I paid $164 for a haircut that has no style and I look like Dora la exploradora. I think most of the reviews are fake… do me a favor save your money and go somewhere else.

Todavía les enseño la foto del corte que quiero y me cortaron el cabello en forma recta y luzco como dora la exploradora… aparte pague $164 por un trabajo que hasta yo hubiera hecho mejor…. No entiendo como tienen tanto reviews buenos… seguramente son falsos xq estilo no tienen… no te preocupes te va a crecer dijeron… ay estoy tan enojada

This was my first time going here after moving from Alaska where I was going to a similar shop. They were on time with my appt they treated me very special. I was so blessed to find them.

I had a great experience here, my stylist recommended alternative treatment for my hair that would be good for the health and long term wellness of my hair, I am extremely grateful for that.
PS. The shampoo process was relaxing I almost fell asleep. Definitely will be coming back.

I called to see when they would have an availability to cut and color my hair. The woman on the other end told me they had an immediate opening and I should come right in.
When I got there, the woman who cuts hair was not in the shop and wasn't supposed to be in until the next day. I would have been fine with waiting and scheduling an appointment for the next time she was available if I was told that over the phone, but I wasn't given the chance.
I just don't understand why they would have me come in to have my hair done when the person who does it wasn't even there. They should be considerate of other people's time and not waste it.

I was looking for a last minute hair appointment and they took me at the last minute and did a phenomenal job. The service was amazing, the staff was kind, every thing was a 10/10! I will definitely be back.

Lily did my silk press and now my hair is damaged. I will never return back to that salon. When I shampooed my hair my ends are very straight and did not revert back. Lily used too much heat on my hair.

My Daughter and I went to this Salon this AM and love love love the whole ambiance. We are from NY and moved here to Jacksonville Florida a few weeks ago. I found this salon a couple months back bc I knew we were moving here. Anyways warm hello from the time we walked in till the end. I told the owner we would be back. Yes 5 weeks from now for another 2 heads washed blow dry trim and flat iron. Price s are great as well. Thank you Sophia's.

Very nice atmosphere, very nice people, I always feel like I’m part of the family they know me as soon as I walk in and give me exactly what I want. My hair also lasts longer than when I try to do it myself.
