Like others have said.they have the BEST Customer service! USPS lost my package and have not gotten back to me. I emailed S&T and without me even asking, they sent out a replacement.

Even when I had a mishap where price was rang incorrectly on a purchase /I didn’t catch it either until I got home - i went back to correct the mishap and they handled it seamlessly. In fact I called ahead to explain and when I walked in, it was like a receiving line at a resort! Haha! These ladies were just so pleasant and nice (Briana to name one) but they were all just so pleasant! I was in a rush to an event and they were swift but just amazing!
I just love shopping here! Clothes are fabulous but the service is even better! ️️

Really crossed between rating them either 3 or 4 stars. I’ve shopped at Sophie and Trey, 4th and ocean, Tria, and Statements many times and have mixed feelings. I love the wide array of styles and everything they sell is trendy. However I wish their sizes were more inclusive. I’m almost always a medium, however their clothing runs small. I’m quite tall and their dresses, rompers, one piece bathing suits, etc.are always too short even when I size up to a large. The stores rarely even stock size larges and I think I’ve only once seen an XL. I’ll probably continue to shop at these stores but I’d feel much better shopping if a wider array of sizes available.

Good ol reliable.whether planning ahead or doing some last minute shopping, this shop never disappoints.

I love all 4 boutiques and how each one is a different theme so it’s easier to find what you’re looking for for different occasions. The girls that work there are always so helpful, nice, and ready to start a dressing room for you so you don’t have to carry the clothes around while you shop. The pricing is also really fair especially for the product you get. All of my garments I get from them last so long.

Sophie and trey is always my go to when I need the perfect outfit for any ocassion. My friends often joke I am a walking advertisement for them since the majority of my wardrobe is sophie and trey and I am always recieving receiving compliments on my outfits. The customer service is outstanding. Last summer, I ordered a romper for 4th of July. UPS said it was placed in my mailbox but I never recieved it. I called sophie and trey and told them the mail carrier placed my order in the wrong mailbox and without any hesitation they shipped me the exact romper free of charge. Turns out, my first order had been found so I called right away to cancel the new order. A week later, I received an apology letter from sophie and trey that came with a little gift. The whole mix up wasnt even their fault but that is how much they value their customers! Thank you for always giving me a wonderful and positive experience!

When rayons, polyester and plastic shoes meets the Walmart clearance section; When fashion gang banged the Dollar General. Stay away if you don’t want be the laughing stock. No self-respecting women would touch them. You can tell CHEAP TRASH from MILES away.

I am so happy I came across this online boutique. I bought several of their clothes online and do not have to return a single item! Amazing quality, stylish, and affordable. I had some trouble placing my order on my end, and the customer service is unmatched. The owner responded to my email within minutes and helped me with no hesitation. I am extremely happy!

Got a really cute dress from here for a wedding. Really enjoyed shopping here and at the other three stores on the block from the same owners, but the sizing is somewhat limited. I’m a size 10 and couldn’t fit into some of the “large” size dresses. There were some items that didn’t have a large size I’m guessing because they had run out which is understandable. It would be nice to see some XLs, especially since the sizing seems small and it would be more inclusive of women with other body types.

While I haven't received my online order yet, I wanted to review Sophie & Trey solely based on their customer service. I found a bralette that I had been wanting but, no one else seemed to have my size in-stock except S&T. A boutique, local to me, had the bralette but at a lower price. I sent the link to S&T and within minutes (not even exaggerating) they agreed to match the price & sent me an eVoucher for the price difference! I'm very excited to receive my shipment & I can only assume their product quality is just as good as their customer service!
