Excellent maintenance of this property and truly appreciate the employees in the maintenance community. Also, everyone in the front office building are very friendly and helpful.

I have lived for 6 years, I have never had a problem, when something is damaged they immediately fix it, it is very calm, they are always very kind to me. EXCELLENT.

I moved in during the pandemic in 2020. Kay was amazing and patient (this is my first apartment living with out my mom). I love the location. I feel safe here. The neighbors are chill. I live with my young daughter and I can come anytime of day or night without worrying about getting robbed or assaulted. I've even mistakenly left my car window down and nothing was touched the next morning. The maintenance guys are super cool and very prompt with whatever I need. If I see them driving their little cart around and I have a concern I can always stop them and they put a ticket in and help me either that day or the next day. Any issue the staff has always done their best to assist and are very compassionate. Iman and Kay are my favorite but all the staff are great and kind. It's giving family vibes here. Also the rent is affordable compared to the prices anywhere else.
