The guy who works the Front Desk, is the nastiest and most rude person in the world. He barely speaks English. He tries to overcharge and is very lazy. His poor staff is working in awful conditions. I have an open investigation with the BBB on this company and the very rude person who operates this fraudulent store.
Great experience at this store. The gentleman that helped me who I’m assuming is the owner went above and beyond to help me. I wanted CarPlay in my Volkswagen Passat which I know is tricky because of the foreign adapters and intricate pairing system in these cars. After the car was ready, which wasn’t long at all, he sat in the car with me and showed me all of the features I now had and how to use them. Definitely recommend going here, these guys are true professionals. 5 stars!
I was greeted walking through the door by a friendly guy who seemed to be the owner. Knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably priced; the work was completed quickly and efficiently with no complications. The waiting area was clean and snacks and drinks were provided (bonus pleasant surprise) would definitely shop again and highly recommend.
Look how many bad reviews…then owner argues with their complaints. This is exactly what he does in real life. Worst audio install experience I’ve ever had. Tech is a hack, owner argued the whole time never admitted what his tech did was wrong. Charged me again for the sub not working correctly. Total joke, get some customer service skills and pride in a good job. I could go in details, but too many, blows my mind thinking how bad it was.
