I want to give a shout out to Federico who went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver my OTO last night. We installed it and it sounds fantastic. I’m at hour 14 of my burn-in right now.

You guys exemplify what the high-end audio business should be and was many many years ago — without the stuffiness and arrogance. Your personal service is greatly appreciated.

What a great and awesome place for audiophiles, if you like hifi music equipment you have to come here. Federico was of great help and very friendly.

Exceptional hi-fi audio showroom, probably the best in Miami. The guys working there went above and beyond to make sure I am 100% satisfied with my purchases. They even went so far as to accept a return on an "open box" item that did not fit me well, which was unexpected. Frederico and Eric in particular are great to work with. Definitely my go-to place for any and all hi-fi sound needs in the future.

I called this place today- I've called here twice in the last couple years. Haven't spent a cent here. The same guy helped me both times. I don't remember his name but I remembered his voice. Both times I was spoken to with respect, not rushed, answered in detail. The shop looks beautiful in the pictures online, like a place I'd love to live in.

I have a nice system but if you have this affliction- you know who you are- more upgrades are a certainty. My point? I've been treated so well as just some ham and egger on the telephone who asks too many questions, that I won't even consider going any where else when the time comes to needlessly part with more of my money.

Eric is awesome. What a store! Super knowledgeable, incredible selection. I could spend days in there.

Even if you have a modest budget, you will find something that sounds much much better than most big-box offerings. Even the veteran audiophile will indulge the senses in a multi-room lounge-style listening hall. Eric and Federico are passionate about audio, and that makes working with them easy. I went there today for the first time. My experience was out of this world. They first took the time over the phone to listen to my needs, research my equipment. This is a niche, boutique audio store that not only sells the best products but is also staffed by audio experts. The wealth of knowledge and their patience is commendable. They are not even pushy to sell products. If you are looking for a high end audio solution, this is the place to go in Miami.

Best shopping experience EVER. The attention that these guys give you is unheard of. After several listening sessions, I bought speakers and a turntable and these are easily the most satisfying purchases I have ever made.

Soundlux is the best high-end audio store I have ever been to. Walking into soundlux, as an audiophile, is a euphoric. Eric and Federico are, most importantly, incredible, genuine people - but they also know more about high-end audio equipment than one could ever expect to in a lifetime, and use this knowledge to illuminate the best setup for your needs. They have no interest in “selling” you on anything - they simply learn your taste, and play combinations (amps, speakers, etc.) of equipment they think you would like (hint - they are spot on).

I waited for 7 years to buy my analog setup. I’m so glad I was in Miami, at Soundlux, when I did. If you want a world class equipment selection, world class customer service, and world class audio experts at your fingertips when you purchase your first (or tenth) setup - go to Soundlux.

Eric was kind enough to host me on a last second call, and was very generous with his time. Soundlux has a truly impressive showroom, w/many rare or otherwise difficult if not impossible to sample pieces of equipment. They can cater to the finest tastes with enough variety to please the ears of any music lovers.

I am a very discerning customer and to me this is a wonderful store, the best gear, beautiful place, but the greatest thing of all is the vibes-the people. I have been to many hi end hifi stores and this one is by far the best, they never rushed me or pressured me to buy anything like other stores do, they were just patient and cool, no shady stuff.
