Soundwave Audio, Stuart FL

Popped by for the first time today as I was looking for some install help, guys were great and not only answered my questions but gave me a few clips I needed. I'm usually a DIY guy, but will definitely look to Soundwave for the next project that I need help on!

Needed some on the fly help so called in, dropped by, and not only did I get the help I needed, I also got the parts I needed that they already had in stock, advice on what to do next and they also helped me decide on the next set of parts and service that they had and could provide to better improve the audio in my car. They were also open and friendly and I will very much be looking forward to using their services in the future!

Polite and Friendly. I asked about 2 items for my Chevy Silverado, a new Amp, and a set of 6.5 door speakers. But before they could give me a quote, they needed to see the truck. So i drove back home to pick up the truck and brought it back to the shop. I was quoted $579 for a JL AUDIO XD400/4V2 amplifier and $340 for FOCAL 165 AC apeakers. I never heard of these brands, but I decided to purchase thinking I was getting the best price from the shop. I installed the items, and it sounded pretty good. Nothing spectacular from what I replaced due to age, but good. Out of curiosity, I wanted to see if I got a pretty good deal on the price. I looked up the JL AUDIO and found I saved about $40 based on purchase and shipping.ok, nice, love it. But when I looked up the FOCAL 165 AC, I paid $70 more for what the item was selling on Amazon. I had a comment in an earlier review about the price difference, and Soundwave Audio called me based on the review. They offered to credit me the $70 difference that I had researched. I have never had any shop do that for me. They really made my Verteran's Day. I have 2 other vehicles that I will be bringing to them to load them up with audio good stuff. Thank you again!

This service is amazing. I was responded to immediately. Originally I was informed that the shop was extremely busy today, and that I could come by for an estimate and then set up an appointment. (It’s the week of Christmas) so I understood that I was making A request for service on a very busy week. However much to my surprise I was given the repair needed on the spot! I’m very grateful for the time and attention on such a busy day. In these days of lack of customer service today I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful for the service I was given. I definitely will be returning to this business for any and all needs. I want to thank them for their kindness.

Called to see if I could order a cover plate for my JL amp that I lost. Owner told me he thought he had the one I was looking for and to come by. I stopped on my way home and sure enough he had the correct one. He just gave me the cover at no charge, Not what I was expecting. This place has just earned all my future business!
