South Causeway Beach reviews
8Got a pavillion, went swimming. Fishing and had a great day with the family. Love this place and the kids want to go everyday!
We parked to try to see the Space X launch at the Cape. Couldn't see the launch, but enjoyed watching families in the water.
The places is beautiful, however, and unfortunately, the smell from the water/sewer treatment facility right next door, is pretty much unbearable.
Beautiful place to visit. Unfortunately no available parking when I came through and had to keep on going. Looked like a great community park.
I'm afraid to give away a great little secret but this is it. A quaint and quiet beach on the inlet. There are no waves, you can kayak, fish, swim, float, wade, etc. There are covered picnic areas with grills as well. This beach also has bathrooms.
By this beach is the boat ramp and the aquatic museum. Oh, my dogs love this beach!
Parking is close to the beach. There are palm trees on the beach that offer shade. Water is clean and clear. Great place for chilling with the family.
I have always liked bed going here because it's low wave water and great to bring your kids to swim and play, they have picnic spots for family, a nice bathroom area too.
This is another of Google's errors. We never entered the park but we did anchor off the beach. It looked very pretty and clean from a distance and people were behaving themselves maintaining social distance. Most of these causeway parks we've seen are nice looking, from a distance but we have never actually been in one except for Cocoa Beach several years ago.
