Neat and Kids Friendly. The staffs are so kind and responsible. They always have patience to listen to kids and provide exactly what they need

Great place to come use the internet, get some books, and relax. They have classes for resume building and how to use the computer.

This is a very good library close to my mom house and people here are nice, I used as guess to print some paper and it is cheap, easier to use, all you need in one place

The staff say they try to address noisy people, but they only do it when they feel bothered to leave the comfy confines of the front desk. Rarely do they make it to the back where the desks are, and that’s not by accident.

Be in the back for 5 or 10 minutes at anytime during the day it’s people eating, talking on phones, or talking at regular volume to friends & family. It’s not the mall, but librarians let it become a food court.

And it’s not like this is the only one, most libraries are just places now treated like another place to bring your lunch, your screaming kids or have business calls.

And I’m not complaining about the homeless, they’re usually the quieter ones.

People are so inconsiderate with nose level at the Library. Even on the Studying area, people are talking on the phone and eating and talking to each other and having loud music that you can hear throughTheir headsets. A girl as we speak have her cell on speaker while having a conversation loud and no one addressed this! The library stuff should perform walk throughs periodically and ensure people are abiding by the rules of the library and keeping this study friendly environment.
There is plenty of seating area at forward section where people can be more relaxed but back area should be silent and non distracting for people to study and focus. Please address this issue. Thanks

Although the staff is very friendly in general, I don't understand why every time I go to the children's area with my daughters, the TV is on: (. It's very difficult to encourage reading when the TV is on, especially in a library where I suppose they want to encourage children to read. I understand when there is an activity that requires the television but every time we go there is no activity and I have to talk to someone to "do me a favor" to turn it off. They do it, but always with emphasis in that it is an exception. The children's reading area is right in front of the TV. Unacceptable, I just don't get it. Hopefully the person in charge of this location will do something about it. By the way, in the
Dr Phillips Library, this never happens…unfortunately the one in Deerfield is the one closest to us: (

All the volunteers were so helpful and professional. We were there for 2 hours and left with our completed 2022 tax return that was submitted electronically. AARP made it easy.

Racist, nasty attitudes. Stop making assumptions, not everyone that is not white is spanish. I do not understand the ignorant attitude that these people have when I introduce myself in English and ask for assistance they treat me like I just slapped someone. Meanwhile people yell and interrupt others rudely mid conversation.

I absolutely love this place! This place was my childhood. I loved going with my dad to look at books and movies. The place is big and has a bunch of good book selections.

I came here on 2/3/23 and was followed by an older lady which made me feel like I was in a department store being watched. Considering this is a PUBLIC LIBRARY & I am a woman of color who pay taxes is outrageous to experience something like this at a public library. What a shame.
