The most bizarre phone call I’ve had. They don’t have prices of storage units listed on the website so you have to contact them. I called and the person who answered had a very irritated tone, fluctuating his voice sounding like he had a major attitude. Instead of being helpful, or at the bare minimum professional, I had to scramble around the website to find the dimensions of the units I was getting a quote for. It felt like more of an interrogation than getting a quote.

Sue was very helpful, knowledgeable, a great person to work with. Great place, very organized.

Major ant problem outside the unit next to mine. If I set anything down, it’s instantly covered in ants. Units are overpriced and a lot of my belongings are wet inside. My biggest issue is with how incredibly annoying they are. Being diligent about security is great, but for $300 a month, I don’t want to feel harassed. They are there when I leave the restroom, there again when I’m at my unit, there again to remind me what time they close. I am very familiar with their overly restrictive hours. I’m quiet, clean, and non-disruptive. I am not there all day long, just when I have things to do. The constant hovering is annoying, and reminding me of their hours while they’re still open is insulting.

Previous tenant coming back solely because of Sue taking great care of me. Sue stayed on top of finding me the perfect office space!

I was a tenant with an office here for close to 2 years. Overall an excellent experience. Property is kept clean and well maintained. Sue in the front office was always a pleasure to deal with. The maintenance man was always friendly and fixed any issues I had immediately. I highly recommend if you're looking for a small private office space.

Had an office here for about 11 yrs. We absolutely love the people and the facilities. Great starter offices, great storage units. Can't beat the prices.

GREATFUL TO HAVE PEACE AT MY FINGER TIPS. During hurricane Ian I needed to move fast with one call I was able to secure the last unit and not worry about the remaining belongs I was able to salvage. Who knew 3months later I would need them again. Life can be a Rollercoaster but when customer services is meet with compassion it brings that light into the tunnel.thanks for being sufficient in my time of need. Highly recommend

South Daytona Storage is by far one of the best storage places I have ever used. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Well maintained grounds & storage units.

I have been with them for a while and they are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. I have used lots of storage places in the past but this one is by far the most personable and I recommend them to anyone looking. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

South Daytona Storage was a blessing with the forced move I had to do, had a climate control unit that barely held all my main furniture I wanted to keep (had to give up some nice pieces). BUT, I was NOT happy, with my rushed transition, having to move out of my temporary living situation, getting items out of storage, before the next month's due payment on 6th of month. MyDad died, had to fly to KS). I was very disappointed (them not understanding my urgent hustling rush situation), they still charged me a FULL month, even though I was out a week before the end of the month. It didn't seem to matter to them. I left it purely clean and empty. They still get to re-rent the unit. I believe this is "double-dipping", something they appear to get do.their "right". Renters beware.

Best storage around! Safe location, friendly staff, and very secure. While everywhere in the area flooded during the storms, my unit was completely dry. Sue has been amazing in the 2 years I've had a unit here. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.
