Was referred to Dr Scott Ross when another periodontist said I was not a candidate for a tooth implant. He carefully reviewed a CT scan and concluded that an implant can be done.

I cracked a molar very badly. I was in pain and had developed an infection near the bone. Dr. Scott Ross and Dr. Brad Ross, despite being incredibly busy, took me in and removed my tooth. They were compassionate and patient as I have a fear of dental procedures based on a bad dental experience. My tooth was extracted quickly and I was made to feel comfortable before the surgery. I am extremely grateful for their care and skill and that of their staff.

I had a great experience during my visit with Dr. Ross and his wonderful staff members. I’m usually very anxious about dental procedures, they were very gentle, kept reassuring me and keeping me updated on the progress of the procedure so I could remain calmed and have a successful result. They were clear on the instructions to follow and were very diligent processing my prescriptions ahead of time so everything could be ready in a timely manner.

The communication from the insurance department could be better, but it was a positive experience overall.

These two Dr. Ross' - dad Scott and his son Bradley - are the BEST! Not only do they treat you very well, they also CARE for you and make sure you understand exactly what's happening and why you need the treatment. What a pleasure to sit and talk with a doctor before they just walk in and say, "Ready? " These physicians not only are extraordinarily talented and skillful, they're enjoyable to visit with and affordable, too. Their major concern was me, not them, and for that I say, "THANKS!
