Don't use this site, extremely rude staff, two of them hung up the phone on me (Cinthia is one of them), of course because they already were paid for the service, they refuse to give an explanation, not even a receipt. Refuse to connect you to even a manager, worst experience ever on a medical center

Really bad experience went to get cov19 test waiting for 4 hrs in line under the tent about 103 degrees nobody come out to offer water or ask if we are good, there were elderly people. Bad experience

Amazing place. My baby was sick and they were able help my baby and make me feel at ease. Very courteous and attentive staff. They took care of me as well. Very knowledgeable for all ages. I highly recommend.

Every now and then I bring my kids here for immediate care. Dr Hidalgo is fantastic and very sweet with kids. He takes time to talk and joke with the little ones. You can tell he is a genuine and caring doctor. The only issue is that it's hard to make appt with him since he's only there in the morning. You will have to make time if you want to see him. We've received great care and service so far!

Been there a couple of times and have received consistently good service. Dr is caring and truly empathetic. Takes time to explain care even when you are stressed.

I have been there twice. On week day they close at 7. I arrived at 5 and the doctor already left.
Today sunday they say they open at 9 am. It is 10: 10 am and it is close. If I call the voice mesagge is full.

This place is a joke. They don't take Obama Care, so I paid the $100 visit and have in mind not to hear from a doctor but a physician assistant to tell me what I already know. If I needed someone to represent me in court I would hire an attorney not a paralegal!

Be careful. Doctors are good but office staff is poor. They are busy talking to each other instead of helping the patient. Then they entered the wrong information so that I was billed the wrong amount. And they did not give me any bill when I left the office. When I called them asking about their fees, I was told that an office visit fee varies according to the insurance you have so she couldn't tell me the fee. I had referred other people to the office and will not do this again. There should be a set fee for an office visit. Be careful. I was in pain and did not ask.

Called at 12: 10 pm on dec. 26th as granddaughter sick. I was told they were open till 1pm and I said I'd be there in about 20 min. I rushed and she and I arrived ay 12: 40pm to find the doors locked. I pounded, walked around looking for cars and found none. Thanks for not being there when needed. Glad I found out you can't be trusted for a minor tenet before needing you for a major one!

Have been to this office 2 different times for my kids, both on sundays. Great service, great doctor.

We showed up at 8am and they told us the doctor was going to be there 8: 20. He didnt show up until 9: 35. We left and went to Care Spot around the corner. Much better service. Dont waste your time and money with these idiots

The doctor is awesome and truly cares for his patients. I definitely recommend calling before and asking if the doctor is in before showing up because it has happened to me before that he has left for the day?
