Terrible customer service, front desk very unprofessional, lazy caucasian woman with blue hair and terrible manners. I made this appointment months ago for my mother with Alzheimer’s. I called earlier prior to my moms appointment to get an appointment for my dad the same day or a more convenient day for him, she stated she was fully booked and had nothing available without even trying to look it up, I could tell by her voice she didn’t want to be in the phone helping. Well, when we got to the optical I didn’t have my mother’s ID and asked her for 10 more minutes meanwhile I would go get it leaving my mom with her aid in the facility.she said we needed to cancel and reschedule because we were already late (exactly at the appointment time) she did not want to accommodate my mother and stated my mother was going to take too much time and wasn’t going to be a quick visit (like if she was going to be the one examining her). When I told her to cancel the appointment then since she had not time for it, she didn’t even apologize for her attitude neither tried to reschedule the appointment. Very disappointed of these type of people serving our elderly in healthcare. This facility didn’t not only lose one patient if not two because my dad is not wasting his time and peace with people like this.

Dr. Neufeld was wonderful. She's professional and caring and I will request her again.

I had a great experience with South Florida Vision Center in Deerfield Beach. Thank you very much. My doctor Shari Neufeld was very professional, friendly, and just wonderful. The office is nice and the office staff is very helpful. I like Jerry a lot. I am glad I found this place.

The staff was excellent. The Dr was the most thorough I've ever seen in my life. The prices for glasses is outrageous and out of control.

A few years ago I went to SFVC. After a few visits, they could not fit lenses for me. I had to go off of my health plan, Humana, and find a private doctor who finally fit me.
Well I thought I'd try SFVC this year. Same results. After waiting three weeks for glasses, they didn't work. One eye was all blur.

I recommend them to all of my friends and family. Very affordable exam price, I am always treated like family here and the Doctors are very professionals.

I never had glasses so, I didn't know what to expect. Piece of cake. Very professional, friendly like talking to family. Great prices and I won't go anywhere else. Thank you SFVC.

Verified my insurance, made me wait 6 weeks for appointment. Got there after taking time off from work. Then they informed me that they don't take my insurance, but would be happy to charge me.
