This eye care office (davie location) wasted my time two times. I drove over 20 mins, took time from work for them to tell me that I cannot be seen. First time they never check the insurance to make sure it’s active and this certain time I had to detour due to accident (out of my control) and I called the office to make sure it’s still ok to come and they told me yes and I show up at the appointment to be told I need to reschedule. I will never go back there or recommend.

The doctor was great with my son. The customer service is terrible. I left with a prescription with no PD number. You cannot order glasses with this number missing from the prescription. I stated I was going to order his glasses online to the women upfront. It was never mentioned to me and I was never told I needed it. I had to take off of work again and take my son out of school plus pay $25 to get the PD number. The staff up front could careless. They are unapologetic and argumentative. I have never written a negative review for any business. I expected a simple apology and acknowledgement my concern was reasonable. Unfortunately the total lack of acknowledging a customer concern and putting me in a position to miss work when I was already there made me feel I needed to share my disappointment.

Very attentive and professional. The vision exam is quite complete, they take the time to attend to each patient. I stay with them.

This place is horrible. It looks good but that is all it does. The women at the desk could care less, the Dr. When you finally get to see him is terrible. (Without looking at my eyes said I had cataracts and shouldn't be driving) my eyes were dilated before the exam started so trying to see was a joke. I had to go to a Dr. Outside my insurance so I could ease my mind. They treat people like cattle.get them in and out so we can get more money. If I didn't have to give a star I'd deduct 5 and give them a negative 5

A big rip off, they get money from our Medical insurance which is the cost of service and tries to.charge us money, a big fee, and the insurance company paid it in full, a big FRAUDULENT company.

The technician and optometrist Dr. Christopher Tran were kind, fast and efficient. The exam was quick and painless and my prescription was accurate. The front desk ladies were welcoming which is always important. The best part is that I got an appointment right away unlike other offices that make you wait weeks before your appointment: I will definitely continue coming here and I highly recommend them! 5 stars!

The staff is so nice I just don’t understand the negative reviews. I have had such a lovely experience here and would highly recommend the Dr. Glasses were ready in no time at all.

At the end ask do I have any questions
And the waiting is not long at all

Just had one of the best retinopathy eye exams ever.
Dr Tran was terrific.
The facilities were clean and modern.

Sick of this place, im never greeted and it’s so messy/unprofessional. I got there for my appointment and they said they called me saying it was canceled but i had 0 missed calls lol they obviously didn’t and then not even a sorry or a goodbye or have a good day from the rude big girl but it’s okay definitely never coming back it’s a waste of your time

So the first time I went here which was 2 year ago people were unfriendly didn't know what they were doing and one of the ladies that was in the office said I was trying to be sneaky because I was asking a question about how much it would cost for the transition line no scratch bifocals with no line and as I was walking out the door I guess the girl didn't think I hurt her what she said I'm not out to get no one this time around that I went back they were pretty nice still kept trying to have me get things I didn't want to if I want something else they do it if I don't I don't but at least the attitudes have changed a little the eye doctor himself was pretty cool. Now let's see if they call me back let me know when my glasses are ready cuz the last time they didn't I had to call myself to find out

Very poor customer service. Front desk workers lack the skills to verify an insurance causing delay in care, long waiting time,
Inadequate staffing as result procedures that would last a few mins get started & you are told to wait hrs or return a wk later to complete. Staff lack the knowledge of their own policies & procedures hence fail to keep patients informed. You not only lost me as a patient but my 8 other family members as well. Every year the same nonsense.

Will never return to this optometrist r location.
Worst experience ever had with eye exam. Don't go there. Choose another one and optometrist.

Besides making us wait for 45 minutes, the "Dr. " was unprofessional and lacked patience to deal with my older adult mother (she is 88 yo). She had her eyes dilated so she was trying really hard to read the lines and I was translating (Spanish to English) so that seemed to upset him as well. He was rushing through the eye exam in an unprofessional manner, condescending and total lack of empathy.
Not coming back here again.

I went to this place because my daughter pediatric sent me to this office, the front desk kind, the Doctor Kull how saw my daughter he was so nice and gentle 5 stars for him, he really know how to deal with kids but the lady in charge to sell or offer the glasses, the only thing she really cares is sell the glasses she have not patience at all, you can see that in her face.not professional at all.her only interested in $$$$$$$
