My home was fitted with PGT windows and doors from South Florida Windows and Doors in 2004. Fast forward 20 years the upper white weatherstripping on the front door deteriorated. I contacted Tim and he was so accommodating and patient with me in identifying the appropriate part, supplied me with the part and suggested tools and method to replace the part. So pleased to be treated like a loyal customer! Thank you again!

It is scary having someone rip apart your home for improvements. But South Florida windows put my mind at ease and their crew replaced my windows doing everything right. They protected my furniture and cleaned up like they were never there. Love my new windows. Thank you.

We had 14 windows installed. The crew came and worked. They did what they could to seal off the inside of the house as they worked on multiple windows.
They were courteous, professional, and did a WONDERFUL job. Even the inspector commented that they added some waterproofing (in the only WOOD FRAME WALL in the house) that helps prevent future water damage. They used the right material, and it was ABOVE what the code required.

I watched as they worked. As an engineer, I always learn something. These were skilled installers. They cut the bucking to not need shims left to right which was cool to watch. They took their time and measured twice.

Their attention to detail was high. They treated my place with respect. They showed up on time, and were working. They installed 14 windows in 2 relatively long days.

I would recommend these guys. Also, on the sales side. They did not try to sell me crazy stuff. Brandon was a pleasure to work with. This started as 4-5 Openings. But we decided to do all of the windows.

From beginning to end, South Florida Windows and Doors were fabulous! I didn’t think a company with employees like the ones we dealt with existed anymore, at least not in So Fla.
After meeting with five companies, we choose SoFl Window and Doors for the quality of the product, fair pricing and responsive, approachable and kind sales team. Our choice was reinforced when we met our install team leads Tim and Luis. They handled everything, including city permits and HOA documents. The guys who came to our home were talented installers who took pride in their work space and were respectful in protecting the surrounding area of our home from dust and debris. The job was finished on time, with final payment not taken until it was confirmed in person and again on the phone we were happy with the outcome.
Hands down the best experience with a vendor since we have been in So Fla.

It’s hard to write into words how grateful I am for Tim and his support team. They helped me in a huge bind with a broken sliding glass door. I couldn’t get any other company to help me. To be honest I was dreading getting hurricane impact windows and doors for years as I had heard so many horror stories. After a few referrals and meeting with a few companies we went with SF Windows and Doors, and I am so glad we did! From the initial visit for the quote to the formal measurements, installation and inspection, the process was amazing! Tim kept me informed the entire time of where things where, and the team that came out for the installation were always on time and each day after they left, you could never tell work was done in the house because they cleaned up so well! Had the unique experience having South Florida Windows & Doors install 3 speciality doors (2 Hurricane @ 1 Fire door) in our home. First contact was Brandon who provided my wife and I with clear choices and offered options. He knew what he was talking about. Luis came by for my final measurements and he was a continuation of the excellent customer arrive I received from Brandon Then Tiago and crew who installed the doors were polite and articulate and what my wife and I felt was out of their way to make the installation smooth.
