South Lake Pediatrics reviews
19The lady at the front named Maria gave horrible assistance and super unprofessional if you want to take your child to a safe and kind place I wouldn’t recommend this one…felt like discrimination when they see other kids immediately but not your own even when you came early to the appointment.
So I been coming here for some time and nothing has changed. The receptionist front desk people overlooked me and my child once again. We came at our scheduled time and minutes before it started. Now we have 2 other people that came in after us and was seen immediately. That doesn't sit well with me at all these
people play nice and are really nasty beings. They pick and choose when they want to call you even if you have a scheduled appointment. I'm looking forward to getting new doctors for my kids immediately. People that will do the right thing when it comes to appointments.
My kids have seen Dr. Nallemshetty for 16 years. I love him and Dr. Guzman but the office staff is absolutely useless. They have no idea what's going on, they schedule things and send you away when you get there, and they are rude. We are switching to a new pediatrician because they just are not cutting it anymore.
Went for my 2 yr olds appointment (after waiting forever) and he had some type of cold but instead the doctor was making a big deal about a mosquito bite on my sons head and REPORTED ME TO CPS didnt even check for what his illness was then has the audacity to try n call for a follow up no go somewhere else
Update: turns out he also had an earache would have been nice to know before all the sleepless nights and tantrums
GOING THIS OFFICE FOR PAST 12 YEARS FOR MY DAUGHER - SHE IS SICK AND THEY CAN NOT SEE HER - USUALLY THEY ACCOMODATE US IN SITUATION LIKE THIS - NOT HAPPY -HOPE DR NALLAMASHETTY READING THIS REVIEWS -
Have been bringing my daughters to this practice for two years with no complaints, but customer service has recently gone downhill, it doesn’t hurt to be kind and understanding with parents instead of giving attitude if you ask any questions or have concerns
Office refuses to even establish care with kids who do not have ALL CDC vaccines. So if your kids are missing one vaccine from a list of 20+ you can't see the doctor.
We have been coming here since we moved to Florida 2 years ago. Haven't had a problem up until the last month. Had a appointment at 3: 30 and didn't leave until 6 I have 4 kids that's too long to be waiting in a car with 4 kids. Had my daughters 2.5 year check up last Thursday and called before hand to double check some things and was told her appointment was fine go there and was told the doctor wouldn't see her. Got a call today to reschedule her appointment and asked a question to Clarify the same thing wouldn't happen to me and the receptionist laughed at me. Very upset on how we've been treated lately and the long wait times.
My appointment was originally scheduled for 915. I arrived here at 910. Checked in and everything. Got called back at 1015. An hour after my appointment was scheduled. The doctor didn't come in till about 1040, and now i have waited another 20 mins just to get 2 referrals. This is absolutely ridiculous. Was there for about 2 hours for just a checkup and refferals. Not bery happy about this experience.
With Covid being a threat everyday, this team really knows how to stay safe but also stay connected to their patients. It was last minute when we found out our daughter was possibly exposed to the virus and she was showing signs. Within the same day I called, A+ was able to her at their site near the Clermont Walmart and Mister Car Wash. The doctor that afternoon preovided us with both the rapid and standard test. The customer service is outstanding. Facility is clean and you can smell the sanitizers. The quarenteen section is very well seperated.
Had a doctors appointment for 9: 20. Didn’t get called in until 9: 40.what’s the point of making an appointment for 9: 20 then? Took my daughter’s vitals that took about 5 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes for vaccinations and still waiting.it is now 10: 15. I just don’t understand what the point of making a doctors appointment for a certain time when they don’t even see you then. Instead someone else got called in during my appointment time while being here on time. It’s definitely very frustrating waiting in a room with an infant for so long.
Update: it’s 10: 40 and I’m finally leaving. So if you want to spend and a hour and a half with a crying baby in a room just to get seen two different times for five minutes then this is the place for you, I will be rescheduling with a different pediatrician
We absolutely love coming here for one reason - Melanie Snyder. She is awesome. So welcoming, friendly and detail-oriented. She's been seeing our daughter since she was born, and has been a trusted resource. We are so happy with the service we receive from her.
The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They have always taken the time to spend with us and discuss the needs of my daughter's well being. We highly recommend them.
I love the office and staff my son been going there since 2008 and he’s 13 now very friendly and helpful
Without a doubt. Dr. Nallamshetty’s pediatrics office, (South Lake Pediatrics) is the best in town.
We have been a patient there for 18 years.
The service is outstanding. Always there to please with hardly any waiting time for an appointment.
Maria and all the staff are the most professional and personable I’ve seen.
Thank you for serving our Clermont community.
Janet Buck / Jordan Payne.
My first time coming to the office I must say that my Granddaughter and I fell in love with our Medical Assistance and our Doctor. They both were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Great vibes and a terrific environment.
Super friendly staff! Very organized office and every provider I’ve encountered has been an extremely pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
They have 3 different Doctors/Nurse practitioners and none of them communicate with each other about your child’s issues. You are never guaranteed to see the same doctor if you need to go in because of an illness. One doctor was saying she was for sure my daughter had asthma and another was saying “no she’s too young to diagnose”. However none of them ever wanted to send her to a pulmonologist to really find out if she had it. If you need notes to send to daycare so she can use the medicine that they’re prescribing they never write them correctly even if I tell them step by step what I need on the paper. This past time the dr sent a prescription written incorrectly and I tried to call their after hours number and they never answered, I even tried calling multiple times in a row and at one point my call was getting forwarded. And when I finally got through the woman was rude. You couldn’t pay me to take my child back to this office, it is ran with no organization and honestly every time you see a doctor they tell you something different. Very unorganized and unprofessional
Dr Nallamashetty and Dr Guzman are amazing! My kids love them too! Have been with them for almost 13 years
