I went to South Miami jewelers after a relative referred me. I had several pieces of jewelry that needed repairs. I also had several pieces of jewelry that I didn't wear, so I took that in to be sold. They completed the repairs and also gave me a great price for the pieces I sold. The store is beautiful and a perfect size, it's not overwhelming, and the selection of jewelry is amazing. You will always see the same employees there as it is family owned and operated. I highly recommend South Miami jewelers!

South Miami Jewelers is a “gem”. The owners are an active part of the community and provide wonderful service to their customers. In a world of big stores, it’s nice to have a place you can walk into and be recognized, get good service and know that the business you bring is truly appreciated.

Would definitely recommend this jeweler for repairs. I took my wedding rings for repair and they did an amazing job. They also guarantee their work. I am forever grateful and I will return for service.

Walking into the store I felt very welcome! I was treated with immediate attention! My watch was restored to looking brand new after the service and I brought another watch to them the very next day so it too could be taken care of and look brand new!

I was quoted $12 to change a watch strap. I was charged $54 for two straps. Piece of advice, make sure your quote matches what you are charged!

Excellent store run by super nice and efficient team who helped me find a chain for an antique pendant and changed my watch battery all in a few minutes. A much nicer experience than going to the dreary chain jewelers stores at any mall. Highly recommended!

I was very happy with my Rolex watch band repair! It was a complicated fix but they had the expertise to do it. Great communication, very friendly service.

We have been coming to this jeweler since I was a little girl. They are a family business and it shows. It is the very reason I’m now an adult and still shopping here. I went into the store and had a custom piece made for my mother who was in an almost deadly skiing accident 25 years ago. I love this place. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. I brought a bracelet there for repair and not only did they turn it around quickly, they did a great job. They even gave me tips on how to care for my bracelet going forward. I didn’t buy the bracelet there and appreciate how they will fix all jewelry. They have beautiful items to buy and will definitely be back to shop for gifts there!

HONEST & PROFESSIONAL. Beautifully renewed and resized my engagement ring it had incurred years of damages from wearing it oversized. Recommended I exchange recently purchased wedding band instead of resizing it to not alter its integrity and avoid loosening in the diamonds. I was able to exchange for 1 size smaller where I originally purchased. Appreciate their guidance.

I took a gold bracelet that was passed down to me from my mother to South Miami Jewelers to have a chain repaired (soldered). I liked the fact that they had the goldsmith on site and was able to have the bracelet repaired and cleaned within 1 week. The repair price was also very reasonable and customer service was wonderful.
