I came to this dealership seeking advice on what options were available to me and to find a good business deal. However, I felt that they were only interested in selling me a car without helping me make an informed decision. The price of the car I was interested in started at $17,500 but ended up costing me almost $22,000. Initially, they sold me a defective car and then later sold me another one with some exterior defects. I encountered one particularly annoying salesperson, whose name I won't mention, but I would advise staying away from this dealership.

Bought more than 15 cars over the last 8 years for me and my family, all personnel from here are truly awesome, great deals all managers and sales team are awesome but unfortunately the partners that they deal with are people that are not professional for example don’t ever get finance here with ally finantial there are the worse of the worse, I had financed 4 cars with them and one of them got total loss last year and still charging me over fees that never occurs, and another languages there are people with no respect to the money and won’t do a thing to accept their responsibilities, so not waste your time and your money, God forgive you ended up having an accident and is a total loss you will be on your own, in order to avoid this just shop someplace else. Once again Southmotors in not the problem, the problem are the partners with they deals as ally financial is the worse of the worse in my car history.

WARNING! Do not buy a car from these people. They sold my family a used truck with an oil leak. When we returned asking for them to repair the leak, they DRAINED THE OIL FROM THE TRUCK then called us to say they had fixed the leak! We had to take the truck to a mechanic shop to find out that they never bothered to fix the leak and had scammed us instead. These people are bottom-feeders. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!
