So grateful to Dr. Cushing and staff for working so diligently to help me with my senior dog at the end of her journey. Went above and beyond to find options and explain to me what was happening. Showed extreme compassion for my girl. No wait time at all.

1st time visit and all I can say is I am extremely grateful to the neighbors on Nextdoor that recommended this clinic. I called them on 8/31/23 because my service dog was severely ill, I was crying my eyes out and Ms. Linda calmed me down and referred me to the after hours clinic, my dog was diagnosed with hemorragic gastroenteritis, was treated and today I went to SOAH for a post treatment checkup. From the street (nicely surrounded by trees) you would not think that the facilities are impecable, clean, and beautiful. The front desk attendants are delightful, the tech that helped us Ms. Liam was a sweetheart and when we met Dr. Horton we were amazed at how much she cares for her patients. We felt welcomed, were treated with respect, and were listened to attentively, all our questions were answered and my beloved Mazikeen has her regular check up in 2 weeks. We cannot be happier with everyone in this clinic and are looking forward to continue to bring my fur babies for a long time. Thanks so much for an excellent service!

Originally came here only for a second opinion because I doubted my long time vets opinion that my bulldog had a torn ACL and needed surgery and lots of expensive meds. Not only did SOAH confirm my doubts but they did it respectfully and understandably. After that they became her vet for everything. Just look how happy she is after another successful checkup!

I couldn't be happier with the services provided by this clinic. When my Mal Puppy was having tummy troubles, I received tips and advice over the phone, and then they saw and treated her on the same day. I'm proud to be bringing my puppy here for her healthy development!

I am a new Orlando resident with multiple fur babies, one of which has special needs. SOA went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and match our family with the right Vet. After researching many local vet offices, we have found this veterinary office to be the most accommodating and gentle with our two cats and one dog. They are always helpful and careful with the care of all three of our rescues!

I was referred to SOAH a few years ago… and what a blessing it has been! The love, compassion, and kindness has been so genuine. I have a senior dog who is being seen by Dr. Finnell. He always makes me feel at ease when I take her with any concerns. I know she’s in great hands!
