Second experience here. Staff is courteous and professional. Did not have to wait long on my second visit. First visit was long due to pandemic peak.

This location is my choice center.

I was in dire need of a copy of my daughter's birth certificate. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Service was prompt and courteous. The copy was $15.
I was offered a $3 protective cover but decided against it.
I can't speak on the other services but it was not packed. They open at 8 am.

They say rapid testing for K-12 students. But what they don't tell you is that once you fill out the paperwork, it's 2 hours to get tested. After the test, they tell you it will be 40 minutes for your results. AVOID THIS PLACE.

This is a site for rapid testing. Which is a complete joke. The guy taking the form says it will take 5-10min to be called inside for the test. It took 40 min. Then the lady taking the test has a complete attitude, doesn't say hello, then tells me you can go (really) after taking the test. The whole set up is a waste of time. It then took another 40 min to get the result. Online it always says 15min for a rapid test. Dont come to this location you will be here for a while with lies and attitude.

Service here sucks and I went in after the dates they had posted that they were closed and they STILL were closed.

The attention of the obgy staff is disorganized, lack of information, they treat patients poorly, if you arrive early before they open, you leave late, you arrive 20 min late they tell you that they do not know if they can attend you for being late, there are practically to beg to be treated as if their services were free

In that location obgyn Department, all of employees are very stupid. Unprofessional. My appointment was at 11 am.but now 4.08 pm still they did not discharged her. They said dr. Check up all of patients, i findout nurse check up patients. No dr. See check up obgyn. How hilarious! I think, It is illegal dr. Practice clinic.giving hard time many time.

Their website says they close at 5 pm. I called in advance and was told the same. I arrived today at 4: 30 pm to apply for a birth certificate and they had closed the office early. I have a newborn baby and it is very difficult for me to drive all the way back here again. It is very unprofessional for a county office to close early without notice.
