The reasons I'm giving South Seminole a 2 is because at the second day of the school year 2022 my bus did not even come we were trying to call the school but they were not answering and when they final answered on the 5 call they answered they said to call something like bus support and the second or third day when the bus pick us up they said that was not are bus at the end of the day the old bus driver got a new route and she could not drop us off so we had to stay at the school and the people In the office said that someone had to pick us up and my parents and me and alot other parents was at work and we was there till 5.00 2 to 3 people got left. And there is fight every other day so that is why I gave it a 2

It is so bad, I want to give it a zero, but that's not possible. So I give it, a one.

WARNING ITS A LONG REVEIW!

Well, I am a student that is currently attending South Seminole Academy it is a good school, The teachers and other students are nice and very friendly. So while I adore this school it does have some cons. While there is a lot of trouble with students, a few fights occur during the school year but mostly is an amazing school. In 2021, They changed the rules in the cafeteria, We were unable to leave the lunch room to go outside after they made an announcement. The only exception was to go to the bathroom. There have been sudden rule changes without any announcement in the past such as; If you were out of uniform you had to change into different clothing meaning old clothes that smelled like they have not been washed in a few months. While there may be some problems with the rules and such there are also many good things about the school. During the times I have been at the school, There have been times when we had fun during class for example we would do escape rooms or have chic-fa-lay while we were in our classes for a long time. The teachers are amazing at helping kids and showing them the process of solving something or figuring something out. Some kids have the opportunity to go to a comititipon to show off their creativity or to learn the skills they might need later in life like learning the basics of another language. The school is a magnet school, Some of the classes are harder than others but there are also classes that are just right. The testing at the end of the year is stressful but the teachers help to get through it, They will spend an entire month going over stuff that we have learned in the past just so that the kids will have a better opportunity to pass a class. So while the school may be bad at times, The amazing experiences you will have will make up for it indefinitely.

The deans at this school are nice if your on their good side but the dress code is really confusing because I wore ripped jeans that I had black pants on and they didnt dress code me but my friend wore the same thing and got dress coded for it. This other kid wore a bright pink jumpsuit and never got dress coded. Most of the boys there sag their pants and I honestly don't know how they think its attractive but anyways the boy's don't get dress coded nearly as much as the girls do, it took tillthid year to let the girls wear sweatpants when they could always wear them. I think this "dress code" takes away from students freedom of speech I think wearing clothing that we like is a way to Express our emotions and how we feel, and I think it would help us share who we our to other people.
